I should have left a review for these guys a while ago. Sal and Nick are fantastic! I havent been in the area for a while. Every time theyve worked on my car its been the best experience you can hope for. I have no problem recommending them. 5 🌟s and 2 thumbs 👍 up!!

Sal and Nick are honest and reliable professionals. The hood on my 535i would not open. Somewhat complicated to get it open which involved cutting the latch and replacing both hood locks and cable. I didnt get a price from BMW but Im sure it would have been twice as much. I wouldnt hesitate to have Passarelli Auto for all my auto repairs/service. Awesome shop!

Im a big fan of Passarelli Automotive. Its a father and son act and they are awesome. Salt of the earth, honest and knowledgeable. They have never steered me wrong. They are fair in their pricing but even more important they deliver on their promises and do quality work. The shop is spotless, and they are always pretty busy, but never too busy to treat you kindly and with respect. They truly deserve continued success.

My daughter took her 2005 325xi to a BMW dealer in CT for an oil change. They gave her a list of services that needed doing NOW. They even said they could start that same day. The estimate was almost $4000! I had read the reviews on Nick and Sal Passarelli and took it there for a second opinion. I told them nothing until after they went through the car. They said the front brakes were low but could last until the next oil change. Total bill for diagnostics and crankcase oil change was $126.Both Nick and Sal spent time over several phone calls explaining things. They didnt rush me or try to sell me anything. I almost dont want to send this review because I want to keep them for myself. I had the same experience with another BMW dealer (both in CT) where I was told I needed a front axle boot. Two other non dealer mechanics could not find any problem with the boot. These guys are the best. 7 stars!

IF you do not bring your car to Nick and Sal for service be it oil change or a new engine you are in for a less than memorable experience. I know first hand. I was committed to someone who I thought was doing for me what was in my best interest. A close friend tried to tell me to move my service to Nick on my BMW, Porsche and Range Rover. Sal had worked on my cars nearly twenty years ago. Finally I had Nick take over everything. Fair, honest and knowledgeable is the only way to describe their organization. I had constant issues with my cars and was too busy to deal with them prior to moving my cars to Nick. Once Nick took over and did the necessary repairs I only see him for scheduled service. His know how of BMW cars is next to extraordinary. He knows the ins and outs of the little issues with them. Thinking that repairing a BMW is expensive is not true when you have someone that knows that they are doing. The biggest advantage of dealing with Nick and Sal is if you have German and Domestic cars you are covered with their knowledge. When you have them do the repairs you go there once. You do not have several visits for the same issue! I have sent several friends to them and they all say Dave thanks for sending me there these guys are fantasic!

Passarelli Automotive came highly recommended from a friend of mine. Prior to hearing of them, I frequently brought my BMW into the dealership for repairs. Nick was honest, extremely knowledgeable and gave an incredibly competitive price to fix the issues I was having with my 3 series. Could not be happier with my experience and I will definitely recommend them going forward.

Best auto mechanics Ive ever known - across several decades, in four states. Sal, Nick and Mike are nice, trustworthy and more than fair - but also obviously expert: youll see them working on everything from family sedans to actual hot rods and race cars, and the shop often has owners watching as their collector-grade cars are fussed over. Of the hundreds of auto garages Ive been to in my life, this is one of only two that was clean (spotless, in fact), well-it, and organized. I almost never write online reviews, and I want to assure readers that I have no connection to this business; Im posting to say that I wish every business could be run as well as Passarellis, and to assure locals that they can trust their car and their $ to these guys.

Nick Passarelli has been my mechanic for some time now, working on both my Audi and VW. Hes a great mechanic that always helps me out, gives me straight forward answers, amazing deals, and hes accommodating to my schedule. He gets things done in a timely manner and finishes the job completely. Im always happy with the work he does and the prices he charges. I work in the service department of a car dealership and i still choose to bring my car to Passarelli Auto. Thanks for all your help. I like to thank nick and sal for a great experience I rented a car from Irvington nj and drove out to ct to buy a 08 335xi from a dealer up the road from them before going to the dealer I met with the owner sal to ask if he does pre purchase inspection he said yes and I can bring the car to him and he’ll will put it on the lift so I went to the dealer and brought the car to his shop for the p.p.i sal had both lift occupied with cars that he was working on his costumer service was so extreme he made one of his lift available ASAP so he get me in and without waiting long he had his son nick do the p.p.i nick went through step by step with me of the in’s and out’s of the car what should be replaced and what had been replaced on the car and what was a good price point to spend on the carThanks nick and salP.s I didn’t buy the car

Had a problem with my Jetta TDI, The car had no power and was hissing, had brought it to a few local mechanics that did the run down of smoke tests and checking clamps, but just couldnt get it fixed, I heard great things about Passarellis from friends so I drove two towns over to get to him, and it was well worth it.Nick fixed the car in no time, and its running better than ever before. I have to say, Nick Passarelli is the absolute best. I have been the owner of a 2007 BMW 328xi, purchased from a BMW dealership in Ridgefield - and learned that Nick opened his own shop after he serviced my car at the dealer for years. Nick is very straightforward with what needs to be fixed when an issue comes up. He is extremely professional and efficient. Trust him 100% when it comes to working on my car and telling me what needs work. Fantastic Mechanic and I am always happy with the work he provides. His prices are also very reasonable. The fact that I drive from Larchmont, NY to New Milford to have a car serviced says a lot.
