I was about to buy a crv for 4.5k cash, but they wanted me to pay 5.7k in total, I like how we made a deal of 4.5k cash and the price just wanted to go up to 5.7k. I would rather buy a 2005-2006 crv for that price because they are worth that price. But me not coming here anymore, I wasted my time coming in here with a 50mins drive.Edit: You guys didnt have to register it, I like to don that myself, and sales tax was gonna be payed with the 500 of the 4,500. Ill just buy it from the streets which is cheaper just a few more miles but thats nothing because Honda cars are great never breaks down.

A terrible used car buying experience for my 18 year old daughter. She was lied to about the condition of the car, and when we went back to them with a list of issues our mechanic said needed to be done, they refused to address it - even an offer of splitting the cost ($500). Greedy liars. I wouldnt buy anything from these guys. Buyer beware.

BUYER BEWARE. After meeting the Owner Al, we applied for loan for a certain car. The next day, told us we were approved & even gave me a ballpark payment range. Days later, after test drive, etc; we were told we were denied because the bank wasnt comfortable with my son driving a turbo vehicle?? Odd. When calling Al to discuss, he became verbally hostile and very disrespectful yet told me if I was willing to put more money down, hed be able to get the approval. Ya, that sounds legit. It was like dealing with someone off the street who was trying to sell a stolen car. The car was worth more than what Al had on the sticker & Im sure he was informed of that. I thought Al was a nice honest man at first but I soon found out over the phone that he obviously doesnt respect women. I like to think we dodged a bullet here. NOT HONEST

I went looking for a truck and found one I liked. Al took it in his shop and had found some problems with the truck that I would have never noticed. He was up front and very honest about them . I didnt buy the truck but was very pleased with his honesty. Ive had experience with other used car salesman that would have sold the truck and never said a word. For that I would recommend Alves to anyone. Im thinking about going back to find a car for my wife in the near future.

Just purchased a Mercedes truck from Al. Truck is in great shape and we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Alves auto for a quality used vehicle.

Please do not buy from them!!! We purchased a car one year ago, in that year. We had to have the heating system repaired and the transmission replaced (or so they said they replaced it) 3 xs.. I have never had so many problems with a car that supposedly had a clear car fax report. Come to find out that the car had been in 3 accidents ( founded that out recently when we traded the piece of junk in for a new car ). BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Awful dealership. Avoid at all costs. My wife purchased a used car that was advertised as being in great shape with brand new tires. We since discovered that all of the tires were in horrible shape having had 3 go flat already from interior side wall damage that we didnt see on initial inspection.The car didnt come with a jack at all.They screwed up our loan paperwork causing a number of headaches with the bank who issued our loan.They promised to have an extra key for the car but a week later stated they had no such thing.Avoid this place and their scumbag owner.Update: The owner literally called the local police on me because I kept leaving negative reviews.

This is the worst place to buy a used car. They did not allow me to have a pre purchase inspection which means i paid alot more for what the car was actually worth. I told them i am not a mechanic and i expect they should have integrity when making a sale. They sold me a car that has a bad timing belt, cracked visor mirror, a punctured tire, and a cracked oil pan. I asked them to replace everything and they said they would but did not. I didnt realize until i already got home which was 2 hrs away. Do not buy any cars from this used car dealership! They will rip you off! . I asked them for the warranty and the clean title and i still have yet to recieve those documents.

Bought a truck from them, they sold me a lemon (cleared all the sensors before I picked it up).drove off the lot w/ a drop of gas in the tank (not even enough to get home!);took it to my mechanic, just to find out the BRAKE LINES WERE ALL RUSTED OUT & STEERING COLUMN HAD A VERY EXPENSIVE ISSUE - and it wasnt even safe to drive.ALVES AUTO = u should be ashamed of yourselves - we had our kids in that truck. hope you go out of business

Horrible service found a car for my daughter offered to put money down to hold,car. He refused the money and two days later sold the car. When i called to speak to him. He yelled at me and told me to go look somewhere else HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS

Horrible experience, got a vehicle that has huge problems, repaired a code for leaking evap by duct taping it! Problems from day one never fixed, just tricked cel to not go on, every time it did I brought it back and was told something was fixed yet got it back with the same problems, bad breaks and vehicle stalls over bumps/potholes and was almost broadsided by a truck pulling it out of donut shop one of the times i got it back from being repaired cel started blinking.. lights up all lights driving down roads that are bumpy. BUYER BEWARE!!

My girlfriend had a emissions problem with her car .Mr Alves took care of the problem.Very friendly and courteous service.

I went with some friends and they saw a car that they liked when checking we noticed that the gasoline filler was not well placed, when my friend asked for the key to drive the check engine on light, and no gas, when we told him a ready From there he said that the car had half a tank and the gas light was on too, well when driving it it stank of burnt rubber, and when he came back the ready said it was from the muffler, well we did not believe him and with attitude he told my friend that he (clever) knew what he was talking about and my friend said me too I dont like his aptitude, the very kind lady,,, check engine light on in a car is a problem i dont have to be a mechanic to know whats going on, have cars all the time, u guys think because ua men knows about car, womans we know too,,
