They have a cute new little ice cream. I still prefer to support local ice cream shops not corporations, but I still love this company since I used to visit as a child. The cotton candy is really good. But I would love to see some dairy free options besides sherbert.

The customer service here is really bad. Ive been to other Baskin Robbins, its my favorite ice cream joint from I was a kid. There is always Baskin in my freezer. But I moved to New Milford and ive been visiting this location and its a disgrace the amount of ice cream Im served whenever I go here. I have to buy from other joints on my way home because Ive heard and seen other customers complain and argue about the something. Im a very displeased customer.

Line was way too long for coffee during the afternoon rush. Went to the BR line for ice cream, much quicker and they gave a generous scoop in the kid size cup. A good amount of tables to sit and enjoy a break from busy living. Clean and well-organized store.

Connected to the dunkin donuts. If you are trying to turn left you will upset everyone behind you. Parking sucks too its so tight getting in and out

Went here for victory ice cream after my sons hockey game. Its a Dunkin and a Baskin Robbins. So you know what to expect
