Went here for my dads birthday. Very professional and safe, instructor going over safety regulations was very clear and not overbearing or hovering like some places I’ve been to. Would definitely go again!

Never had a bad experience! Fair guys to deal with - very competitive prices on firearms. I also took the pistol permit class back in 2017 with these guys, which I have highly recommended to all of my family and friends.

The owners are nice guys. Also helped me with my pistol permit and they treat you like family.

I have to tell you I know the owners they are a great bunch of guys John is a very professional person he is very safe and he takes his job very seriously if you doing things that youre not supposed to be doing hes going to approach you about it if youre being safe hes going to welcoming you back there anytime

Nice clean indoor range. More importantly the staff is very polite. They pay close attention to everything without hovering over your neck and they have cool store!

This place has the potential to be a decent range but the main owner manages to ruin any recreational enjoyment or satisfaction one can get from a good shooting session at a gun range. Unfriendly, unwelcoming, rude, punishing - just a few words which come to mind when thinking of him. The range somehow manages to function despite him and not because of him, and thats just sad. Everyone else there is friendly, customer focused and always helpful in responding to questions or issues. Maybe if the main owner realized its the customers who keep his doors open and that fat gob of his fed, then maybe hed appreciate his customers instead of acting like weve wandered off the street uninvited into his living room. If the area ever hosted another range this place would be dead in the water all because of one person.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Purchased a pistol and staff informed me of all features, allowed to test fire numerous different models before I made my final choice. No pressure. Purchase process was super smooth and well informed. Would happily purchase another firearm from them.Update: After owning my pistol for 4 months, the shooters staff went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue that recently came about. I rushed through traffic to the store on my way from work arriving only a few minutes before closing. Ginni and Matt stayed more than an hour after the store closed, personally observed my shooting technique all in order to provide extraordinary customer service. Both Virginia and Matt took a genuine interest in the troubles I had over the weekend at a shooting event including watching a video and then observing how my jams occurred. Cant say thank you enough. The good news is the gun is fine. The bad news is the shooter is the problem ( me ).

This is where I got certified to carry they are good people they no joke they keep it real as real world.

If you are a minority they will stand over you and look to accuse you of doing something wrong. A few of the people think they know everything. If you are a minority plan on being talked down too and accused of being incompetent. I have been there a few times and noticed they are disrespectful to anybody who is non-white. I dont recommend going to this range.

The two owners of this business couldnt be more different in customer service. One is very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. The other one though (a fat, tall bald guy) is snotty, condescending and lacking severely in dealing with people in general. I guess they dont teach that to all that go into the service. My advice: try to go when the more pleasant owner is there and youll have a more enjoyable experience.

Unfriendly and rude.. There was one particular person there a man I wish I knew his name. We are minorities, and my husband and I were treated as such. Shame, with everything that is going on in this world, you would think they would be a bit more kind.

This place is Just wonderful. How i wish there was as place in NY like it. Though i dont mind the drive at all. Depending on which way you go, its a beautiful ride through the country.

The staff does not pay attention to what goes on in the range closely enough at all. You have people handling and manipulating firearms outside the booths and inadvertently pointing them at other shooters, who knows if theyre loaded or not. Its just asking for a accident to happen, then lawmakers futher clamp down. So maybe the staff could have a little wake-up call and pay closer attention to go what goes on in the range!

New owners have completely revamped the place. New lighting, new floors, AC on the range, new gun layout with a better selection, and not to mention better prices. Everyone needs to go here again especially if they had a bad experience with the previous owners.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Clean facility. Does get a tad warm during the summer. I always feel welcome and their pricing for firearms is very competitive.

Friendly and helpful staff, but the range needs better ventilation. Both me and my wife had a tinny taste in our mouths after an hour of shooting. At least there was no wait when we went on a Sunday afternoon.

Took my NRA basic here and loved it. The range is clean the people are nice. They have a nice setup.

Customer service can be really hit or miss depending on who you deal with, bought a few rifles from them over the years, they always have a huge selection of pistols and rifles.As for the range itself, last time I went the ventilation was TERRIBLE it was so hot and smoky when I walked in I almost walked back out to ask for my money back. I spent a little over an hour in the range and I was the last one in the range, by the time I left I almost couldnt see my target from the smoke.Spent the rest of the day with a headache and blowing chunks of gunpowder out of my nose.If anyone from Shooters reads this PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE work on the ventilation, very unpleasant to shoot in.

Decent indoor range. Been to much better but good for shooting during the winter.

Ive been going here for 4 years, and after today Ill never go back. The owner has a crappy attitude and customer service apparently isnt high on the priority list. He asks to see my ammo, fine no big deal, I had half a box of tul steel cased, which I said was steel, and he still pulled his magnet out to test it. Not a huge deal but a waste of time considering Im admitting its steel and said I wouldnt shoot it. They took the ammo and held it til I left. Not a huge deal, but left me kind of annoyed right from the get go. Next, his general attitude was not very friendly or making me, the customer, feel appreciated. It felt like I was interrupting his day. Finally, Im shooting for about 20 minutes or so and I get tapped on the shoulder in the middle of a magazine. I turn around and he says to me, youre shooting too fast! And points to the No Rapid Fire sign. Then says, at least 2-3 seconds between shots. Im shooting 9mm at 1-2 seconds per round. In all my years of shooting Ive never had my balls broken by any range officer at any range for shooting like that. Never. I follow the rules and Im safe. It was like he had it out for me from the very get go and just got pleasure in messing with me. Ill never go back there ever again, Ill drive an extra 20 minutes to a different range or pay more. At least Ill get a semi-friendly experience and dont have to worry about taking crap from someone apparently doesnt appreciate their customers. The girl behind the counter seemed nice, other than that nothing positive to say for the most part, over priced ammo, poor ventilation, poor lighting, and no distance measurements besides 2 red lines with no marking saying how far they were from the firing line. 1 star because the girl was nice, otherwise this place is dead to me,

Took the the basic pistol class here......great instructors.....very helpful. Even did a basic shotgun class here with range time....super place.

Nice staff. Only wish I could shoot my larger caliber handguns < 44 Magnum.

Only one Ive gone to, stopped in at the one in Norwalk but never tried the range. Guys here at shooters are very helpful and informative.

Great place to shoot and learn more about the sport. The one bad thing is you can only shoot pistols.
