This place is busy. I guess too busy for great customer service. The regular aspects of the service were good, I got my oil change and the free inspection and had great coffee in the customer lounge. However, they didn’t share anything about the results of what took place with my car. I had to go back after I almost drove off to get said results and according to the white male, who was courteous BTW, who was processing the paper “we were so busy I didn’t even check!” After I came back in he showed me the six recommendations and he had to manually retrieve the cost estimates. It wasn’t pretty, but sufficient for an average rating.
I gave them 3 star. Although their service was really good.I asked if their mechanics changing my oil would check my tires because my tire light kept coming on. I was told that they did and everything was fine. 15 miles later down the road my tire light came on again. I checked my tires and found my front passenger tire was 10 psi lower than it should have been. Since blowing it up I have had no trouble with it

I brought my car in for service only. The attendants were knowledgeable, answered all my questions directly (Im very attentive to shady answers or crafty language and there was none of that), and allowed me time to compare the prices of their suggested repairs to those of competitors before I paid. That kind of honesty goes a long way. Ill be going back should I need more auto repair work done.
Friendly people.. got a very good deal !! I had a very personable salesman that did his best to satisfy my needs and desires.However, I find their methods antiquated and slow . I was there for more than 4 hours and everything was slow and seemed to take forever.In contrast, I purchased a vehicle for my wife a month ago and from start to finish it only took 2 hours and was smooth, easy and a totally different environment.Both methods work but one was easy and one was not. I prefer easy.
They quoted me 1 1/2 hours for oil change/tire rotation service and they stayed true to that time frame. I bought my car there 6 months ago and have had no problems with it. Very honest business
Car maintainance was very timely. BUT, when I walked in 4 worker in the office and no one acknowledged me. Initially poor customer service but it got better when I spoke one on one with the customer service lady. Initial contact will motive me and others to take our business elsewhere.
I bought my car from here back in 2013 and, as a creature of habit. Ive been going ever since. I can always count on Robert to take of things for me! Over the years there have been visits that took way longer than they should have but, overall, Im always satisfied by the service my car receives and even recommended my parents start bringing their cars here after having issues with Toyota of Lakeside.
I was able to drive right into the service department to get my brakes changed after work. Robert was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I appreciated the prompt, top-notch service.

My service advisor was Kayla. She communicated with me the whole time throughout the process of me having my vehicle repaired. She was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout the whole process. When Kayla stepped away there was also a gentleman by the name of Robert that introduced himself to me & told me to let him know if he could help in any way while she was gone which was Great Teamwork. When waiting in the lobby the 1st day a customer sneezed & coughed multiple times & right afterwards a male employee cleaned the areas that he was in right away which made me feel very comfortable & safe being there during this pandemic. I hate that I dont have the gentlemans name who was behind the counter but his efforts were definitely appreciated. Great Service! And Great Teamwork! This place is a Must Go To place. 👍
Always a pleasure to go back and get my vehicle serviced. My go to guy has always been Robert Jenkins. Robert is very professional, thoughtful and thorough. He lets me know what has been done and reminds me on what needs to be done. I never feel that I have been over priced or under serviced. I unexpectedly had to purchase a new vehicle and decided to go with Toyota. I researched every Toyota dealership in the metro area and up to two hours away. Hands down, Toyota of New Orleans had the best prices. This is also one of the few dealerships that includes a lifetime power train warranty on new vehicles. My Sales Specialist, Jermaine, was very responsive prior to me visiting the dealership and also after I made the purchase. I got a RAV4 in the rare color I wanted and am very happy with my purchase. I’m glad I choose Toyota of New Orleans and highly recommend them from a customer service and pricing perspective.
Zero stars! Put it this way, I called USAA to advise that they take Toyota Collision shop in the back (not the dealership) off of their authorized collision shops. It took them forever for them to repair my rear bumper (hit & run), allegedly due to a back order on parts, which I completely understand (I work in logistics). The part that is thee most unprofessional is that I had to call every single time to get updates! Every single time. No one called me! Eventually it did get repaired and time when on and I started having problems with my trunk. It would not lock at all, took it to a Nissan dealership and they ran diagnostics… come to find out that there were some thing internally that were not reconnected as they should have been. Took it back to Toyota Collision, they had to call USAA again for approval, same thing, I had to call for updates! My rear back up camera is STILL screwed up from the initial repair as well which they were going to contact Nissan about that to schedule a reassessment. I’m not even going to call back about that because they sure have not reached back out to me per the usual . At this point I’ll just pay for good service and quality repairs.

I was refused service on 8/11/2021. No cars where in pull up areanwhen I arrived.. Then I was given a 2 30 appt for the next day. Several cars were already there, car was finished at 430. Then I had a coupon for a conventional oil change of 49.99 in which was not honored. I was charged 54.oo plus tax instead. I do not like the people that I have to initially deal with because they do not answer questions directly and are not professional or treat customers accordingly. At this point I am willing g to drive out of my way just have to not deal with these people at NO East service department!!!!! I feel that they do things deliberately because I always rightfully have to make a complaint against them!

I scheduled an appt for 11 am Sat. June 26th. I was not notified of any supplemental services my vehicle may have needed, I was also NOT Notified when the scheduled service was completed. The website stated the service department closed at 5pm. Just to make sure I could get my vehicle without an issue…..I just showed up at 4; unaware that everyone left at 3pm. A manager was finally able to obtain access to the office and I was able to pay and leave. While I was waiting for the someone to get the office unlocked it was made aware that I wasn’t the only person that this had happen to Saturday. Get it together Toyota!!!

Very poor customer service. Said The first oil change was free and I had to pay $90, also told me all foot mats were in the trunk of the vehicle I had decided on purchasing only to find that the driver side was not. So I call my salesperson a week or so after I purchased the vehicle and he said “let me see if I can find you one; Ill call you right back!” Two weeks later I call him (Victor Jackson) back and he replied “oh I havent forgot let me go ask around and I will call you right back”. Another week later and two weeks until my temp tag expired I called and spoke with the sales manager and Mr Jackson again says “I havent forgot about ya, im looking and I will call you in a little bit to let you know”! Put it this way three months later I have a new vehicle that still is missing the driver side floor mat which is about $250 for one. Also called twice in a week about my temp tag and that same FRIDAY I got a post card in the mail telling my tag was ready! Furious because obviously someone was two lazy to actually get up and look! Also went to northshore toyota for an oil change and apparently I am not the only person who had to pay for their “free” oil change from “any toyota in the state”! Would advise another dealership! Not worth your time here!
The process of buying a car is usually a dreaded one, but this was very different. I made an appointment, discussed what I was looking for, saw the vehicles, discussed finances, and made my decision. The entire process was done in a very relaxed stress free environment. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to the customers and their needs. There was no pressure or stress involved in the process. I would highly recommend Toyota of New Orleans!!
The service center is very unprofessional, they refuse to honor my prepaid maintenance contract, bc they told me, the original dealership I purchased my vehicle from never reimburses them when they perform any services on my vehicle. I told the management team at this dealership, that doesn’t have anything to do with me and I that I paid for maintenance that’s supposed to be honored at any premiere dealership. In short, the origin dealership where I purchased my vehicle from paid for my oil change at a non network dealership. I would never recommend Toyota of New Orleans to anyone!!!
Always know what your warenties are when going in for any services. I understand that ALL information wont get put into the system properly. However, make sure the person helping actually checks and not just glabce over just ti tet you in and out.Ocer all service went well. I always go to dealership for car service.

I always have a great experience when I go into the service department to get my 4 runner serviced and maintained. Service advisors are trustworthy and I do not feel like I am getting taken advantage of like I have had done at other dealerships. Toyota of New Orleans is a place I can trust and will always do business with. Hands down the best Toyota Dealership I have been to in a while. Today was another great experience getting my oil change and rotation.

I was at work and here he was looking through his inventory to see what car he thought I would like(sending me pics) I know I wasn’t easy to deal with ) . He was Straight up and down with my purchase and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my car. Even on his off day he checked in to make sure I was taken care of by finance and I was ! I drove from Baton Rouge to New Orleans East to check out a used 07 F-150. I had verified that morning and then an hour and half prior that it was there and available. When I arrived, they greeted me and we walked to look at the vehicle. During our walk over, they attempted to sell me an 04 which had previously been in an accident... the bumper was still hanging. I told them that I was only interested in the 07 which we looked at, test drove and it was pretty much as expected. I told them that I was going to look at a few others I had identified and get back to them. The salesman asked me talk to his manager before I left, to which I agreed. After waiting about 10 minutes the manager came in and informed me that the 07 was not available as it was going to auction. Then, proceeded to try to sell me other vehicles with much higher mileage.
Only person in service that has any knowledge worth it.. is Robert!! Besides that... bad service. Courtney is ZERO help. Will be looking to take my 2020 Tacoma elsewhere for service.

SO THEY FIX WHAT THEY THOUGHT, THE Problem was .And kept my car a week and I got it back, It work for one day and stopped on me .I had to have it tow to your service department again. And paid more money. BECAUSE IT WAS THE SARTER. WHICH THEY SHOULDVE KNOW. THE TOW DRIVER SAID IT WAS THE SARTER.

It was okay. Things didnt go as good as it could have, but we got a vehicle. The person who handled our purchase was nice, and helpful, not to mention funny. If we would have gotten a warranty I would have given it a 5. Overall though we would buy from there again.

I try very hard to give this location my business. However the rush job was not what I was looking for, although I drop the car off 8 hours earlier before pickup and yet still not ready. I Notice 3 other people waiting in the waiting room. The manager decided to have an hour long meeting at 5pm 😴. This was unfair to the paying customers who had to wait for the meeting to be over.

Just had maintenance and a recall done on my FJ Cruiser, they had a short wait time and friendly service. I was also able to schedule my next appointment before I left
If you have a insurance claim, I don’t recommend going there. Took 2 months and vehicle still wasn’t fixed properly. Told the insurance it’s prior damage on the side I was hit lol.. go somewhere else!! Oh and let’s not forget by law they are supposed to contact you... they never notified me of any prior damage and still have the car back messed up. Most definitely would’ve went somewhere else
Purchased a used car here. They were not upfront with vehicle pricing. They added unnecessary items to the purchase agreement while misrepresenting what they were. I was promised two new tires but they did not put that on the purchase agreement untill I complained. Would not discuss financing until I made my down payment, although they did eventually allow me to pay the down payment after we came to a financing agreement. Waited for over two hours for them to complete the tires and initial inspection. The process took over 5 hours even though I came in the the the VIN of the car I wanted and pre-approved for financing.The only positive was the financing department gave me a better rate than I came in with and they were easy and strait forward to work with.

Went there to get a Toyota and they tried to put us in a Mitsubishi. I dont recommend this particular Toyota dealership at all.
Brought my car there to get fix. Now my car have another problem. My air is not working on one side. My car didn’t have AC problems, before I brought it there. This is the second time I’ve dealt with this company. I was told it has new employees. And everything I be fine. A few years ago I brought my car there and they had it for almost a month. After having my car for almost a month, you think everything was fix correctly. Not!!! I have to bring my car back. Never again will I allow an Insurance company tell me where to bring my car. But they will serve you with a big smile, while creating new problems to your car.
Lost my truck keys to my Toyota Tundra. Toyota of N.O really done a great job replacement of all locks and a full inspection of the vehicle In a reasonable time. Customer service was courteous and professional highly recommend. Thanks

It was great if you just want to walk around the lot in the heat. It was at least 30 minutes before we even saw a salesperson and he said hed send someone out to help us but that was the last we saw of anyone. They dont seem interested in making sales.
