We (2 disabled women and 2 kids) were stranded 3 states away with a utility trailer blowout in what would be considered a sketchy neighborhood and yet the guys there were amazing. They were very friendly, helpful, kind and did their best to get us out and on our way despite the fact we were right in the middle of a tropical storm.

I had a flat tire and received the best service by Keaton and Kenney today. I have told three friends already about the quality customer service I received at Goodyear on Chef Hwy today. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond not just for me but I watched them with other customers. I will be returning for all of my car services because of the great care these two gentlemen gave to me. Great job Keaton and Kenney keep up the great service you both have!

The gentlemen were absolutely wonderful. I’m in Louisiana with no family so I had no one to call for help. After trying 4 other recommended tire shops in the pouring rain, I simply walked in Good Year as my last stop before going to work on a spare tire. Alex assisted me, helped me choose a set of good new tires, AND they dropped me off at work so that I wouldn’t be late. They took the time to pick me up so that I could get back to my vehicle with a smile. They are Angels and I am truly grateful.

They got me out of a bind on a Saturday afternoon in record time. Everyone was super professional and clear about the work and expectations. The building also was super clean, with a spacious, ice cold lobby which is appreciated in this summer heat! Highly recommended!

The price for the ties were very reasonable but I had to return to get my invoice and my tires pressure had to be adjusted.

The tire I wanted they didnt carry, which was fine so I went with the next better tire. No big deal. They put my new tire on quickly, great! But...didnt air up the new tire, and put my hubcap on, which requires a lug wrench to remove, over the stem so I couldnt air it up myself. Didnt notice theyd not only left it flat, they also didnt put the stem cap on it once I was able to get to an open Autozone and begged the guys in there to help me take the hubcap off. Got it off, then drove to a gas station to lose a dollar in an air pump that didnt work. Im supposed to drive 600 miles at 6am tomorrow morning and I cant til I get my brand new tire aired up!!

Second time Ive been to this shop for a nail in my tire and they took care of me so fast and so cheap. The first time I went it was 10 minutes before they were about to close on a Saturday and they still took care of me fast and with a smile. Convenient location to the Bywater and Lower 9th.

These guys were super helpful. They went out of their way to to make sure everything was done right and safely. They even offered me coffee, I told them I prefer daiquiris wich just so happens to be right around the corner from here. Perfect combo! Thanks again guys for not letting my Sunday suck so bad!

I went in with what I thought was a nail in my tire. They told me the tire stem was jammed into the sensor and they didnt know if they could fix it by closing. I had no way to get home, but they said theyd drive me home and pick me up in the morning. They managed to replace the stem while I waited and didnt even charge me a dime! The guys were really nice and didnt treat me like a stupid female, which I really appreciate.

I typically hate visiting the mechanic, but I had an amazing experience here! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and the service was super speedy. I would definitely recommend visiting this place!

Very slow service. They take your car apart and them tell you that there is only one solution which is very expensive. It feels like a shakedown and should be illegal.

This is truly HORRIBLE service. We went in because our car was having slow leaks in the tires. They told us it would require 4 new tires to solve the problem. A week after 4 new tires they were all less than 15 lbs. of pressure. We returned and they said they would add a sealant around the rim and that should fix it. I requested that they grind/buff the edge of the rim and they told us they cant do that and dont know how. I thought that was weird. But we accepted the sealant attempt. A week later my girlfriend drove the car after work and the tires were low, so low that one had to be replaced because the threads were showing. Again they refused to grind the rims and when they replaced the tire (ONLY BECAUSE WE HAD BOUGHT THE ROAD HAZARD INSURANCE, OTHERWISE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN SCREWED) They made us purchase another road hazard package. Today yet again all 4 tires are extremely low on air. We will not be returning to this Goodyear for service. And after this experience probably not another Goodyear anywhere. Avoid them like the plague. I suspect every car needs new tires and receives no support after.

I came in looking to buy a tire. Charles came out looked at my car and askes to see the flat tire. My car was on a dummy and I had just figured go ahead buy a new tire. Charles looked at my flat tire and informed me that they could repair my flat tire, no need to get a new tire and it was free of charge! Fast, speedy, friendly and awesome service they just got a new customer.

Showed up like 15 minutes to closing time. My truck was making weird sounds and doing jerky motions. Just needed the codes ran on the truck so I could see whats going on and if I needed to get it towed back to the house. They didnt even give me the time of day. Said that there wasnt a technician there that could look at the truck. Severely disappointed in the service here.

Well I had called for an oil change they told me 2 hours which was fine. When I got there the boys behind the counter were having their own conversation and one of them were going to be the one to work on my car. Little later they said they couldnt rotate my tires because they were low however I just got those tires from goodyear with warranty last March so they were trying to just sell me stuff and not do work. After it was done which was about maybe less than an hour my white car had that guys oily hand prints on my roof on my door on the side like how hard is it to wipe your hands and clean the clients car off Im still paying for the service. Needless to say that place is lazy by their attitude and the way they great your car. I will not be going back. And if my tires needed to be changed when I told them I had warranty they didnt offer or even look into what they could do. They just try to make money off you

Good deal and I was remembered by the staff.

I had a uni belt and tensioner die on me while i was in tiwn for work. They immediately worked me in, told me up front what the cost would be, and I was out in about two hours. I cant thank these gentlemen enough for their help and professionalism.

From out of town, they were very helpful with tire pressure issue.

If you need a very basic oil change, they will get the job done. However, they were unable to rotate my tires due to insufficient equipment. I was very unimpressed with their efforts on repairs.

NEVER AGAIN IF ITS FREE .. nasty attitude .. unprofessional ... no welcome or greeting ... few minutes standing in-front the agent who had a grumpy face AND HE NEVER SAID A WORD ... i went there asking to pay in advance and get a phone call or to get an appointment to be on the line and to avoid minimum 2 HOURS WAIT as estimated ... the answer was WE DONT WORK LIKE THAT with a very bad tone and attitude ... Beware
