Ive gotten three phones in the last year from this boost mobile the first phone worked fone until exactly a month later I couldnt hear anything when someone called me I was told that I needed to reset my phone I declined the phone was only a month old I shouldnt have to reset it I did an insurance claim and got a replacement phone which shortly after wet wards starting acting up as well i upgrades to the stylo 4 so far the phone freezes the aux no longer works so I have to use wireless earbuds to listen to music the battery life is horrible I have to bring my phone charger everywhere I go certain notifications keep popping up repeatedly over and over soon as I take my phone off the chargers the battery starts going down Ive been told that my phone goes to voicemail when trying to get in touch with me sometimes videochat freezes ALL the time I need a new phone but Im definitely not getting yet another phone from this location even though its convenient

The manager was so nice, helped me with my broken phone and got a new one for me.
