I’ve visited this Starbucks several, many, beaucoup times before and I’m not sure how I didn’t write a review, but here goes nothing…Just to save time, I ordered ahead, using the app, I love this order ahead feature... I love, love, love this feature. I was using it before Covid-19. I love it, I really, really do; do you think I love it? You’re right, I do.I ordered a Venti green tea Matcha Frappuccino with coconut milk please, because your girl is lactose intolerant, but I still wanna get my matcha on, so there you have it coconut milk it is. I don’t like that they up charge you $.60 for coconut milk, I mean don’t charge me because I have a genetic in-deficiency, hello. At any rate...I entered the facility and per City of NOLA Covid regulations, I had my mask on. I walked to the counter to pick up my drink, they verified me, I picked up my drink & I proceeded to leave.The barista‘s hold the drinks behind the counter because I believe there’s been some issues with folks doing a ‘snatch & grab’ of drinks they didn’t order or pay for. It’s all good for me, no hassle that just reassures me that my drink is super fresh and hasn’t been tampered with; DON’T SLIP ME NO MICKIE’S.I tipped them on the app on my way out the door. I was happy, I received super fast service, the baristas were polite, they greeted me as I entered & asked if I wanted a straw: CLASSIC STARBUCKS BEHAVIOR.Annnnnndddddd my drink tasted exactly as it should, coconut milk and all... I was very pleased about this because I ordered a Venti so there was lots of DRINK to be DRUNK.Clean facilities, inside & outside. I was able to do my normal stick and move caper... I was in & I was outta there in a jiffy.VERY limited street parking.

Very nice cashier. Only takeout is available. Very fast and efficient. Stopped on our way home to Texas.

I believe this location is the newest one of all the local Starbucks, and it shows (in a good way). The interior has a wonderful balance of the modern Starbucks type feeling combined with the artistic Bywater type feeling if you know what mean. Its great. Was moderately busy but there was enough staff working and they worked well together. Really well. Very pleasant experience.

Surprisingly there is no Starbucks I. The french quarter. This is one of the closest. Newly opened, very modern, a lot of light, not too many opportunities to sit but all in all a good place I liked. The staff seemed a good teams and I was served as I would expect.Very pleasant opening hours. Will pass by once more before I leave.

S.L.O.W.... seemed to be too many distractions that shouldnt have been in order for proper service. 27 minutes was far too long for a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato Upside-down.

Reliable and friendly. Parking was a hassle but hey, thats expected around that area in New Orleans. Good overall.

They must hate animals because they refuse to give pup cups at this location! Never had this issue at other locations so not sure what the deal is.

What can I say about ELLIOTT Okay, RUDEST employee of all time, in all the Starbucks, in ALL the land...A heavy sigh of obvious annoyance after placing an order should NEVER happen!! Followed by more rudeness. Moving onto the fact that getting stared at after the order is placed as if it’s a massive inconvenience to do the job. If you don’t like working at Starbucks or with the public in the service industry just stay home...bad days happen to us all but do not take it out on the customer for any reason no matter how “complicated” an order might be and DON’T show a nasty attitude when giving the order upon completion. Especially when it wasn’t done properly and that’s not even what this review is about! Last time I take me or my business to that location.

I buy my coffee here twice a week. The staff is awesome but it is always crowded in the morning and it can be stressful with covid and everyone waiting and in a hurry. It’s not the staff’s fault, I feel that there’s too much demand and not enough staff to keep it up in rush hours. Everything tastes good all the time.

Mobile orders are always perfect and ready to go they even gave me a puppuccino for my puppy dog in the car

Woman working today refused to accommodate/alter order. [Latte version of a Smores Frappe.] Its been easily done at multiple locations (including this one) in multiple states, both this season and last year. This was expressed to her and her response was Well this is here. Makes me wonder how well shed respond to a Starbucks secret menu order. The whole point of corporate chains is to get consistent service throughout all locations.We went to another location (Canal!) and they were polite and accommodating. If youve got a Starbucks craving Id recommend another location over this one.Otherwise, of course, choose local! ;-)

The Starbucks is in an abandoned filthy shopping center full of homeless people used needles on the sidewalk just horrible

It was hot and fresh; also put out in a timely manner.

Super slow! I ordered on the mobile app because of course, I dont have time to wait in line. When I get there, theres a few ppl ahead of me so I wait. Once those ppl leave, I ask the barista if he knew when my order would be ready. He asked for my name and what type of coffee I had. He looked for the ticket and never responded to me. I ask another barista for a refund because like I said before, I didnt have time to wait. With a rude tone, she said I needed to go to the register. The barista at the register was really nice. Guess Ill never stop here again!

This review is not based on my opinion of Starbucks as a company or their coffee versus other coffee, but rather the people who work here and the space.I have never been to a Starbucks with such an incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home.There’s no sense of feeling rushed when you order; in fact it’s quite the opposite. The barista’s took a genuine interest in getting to know me, making sure that I felt welcome.The café is beautifully set up. It’s an inviting open space that incorporates the charm of the neighborhood with a comfortable and unpretentious environment to hang out and read or talk with friends.As a neighbor, I was unexpectedly surprised by how much I liked my first visit, and I look forward to many more cups of coffee here!

I have experienced delays here so give yourself a little extra time. Things have been improving.

Amazing service and extra friendly staff. Illogically, I was asked to not sit on one of the tables due to Covid. But I was allowed to sit on the floor. I was the only patron. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️😅

This location is closest to home and work. I stop here every other day early morning and I must say the staff is always friendly especially the manager Joe 🥰 he is a hole vibe alone. I love this place and definitely will be my go to place for coffee.

If you do not currently have a place to call home and would consider yourself in a position of financial... scarcity... Then, this place offers you a metaphorical and a literal watering hole with phenomenal customer service. However if you are not among the above group you will receive standard to mediocre service with your purchases.

We asked the store manager to please do something about a very aggressive apparently homeless man harassing us and other guess they assured us they would do something about them harassing and scaring customers but she never did. 20 minutes we were still waiting for our order when the violent man came in and started coming towards us like he was going to hurt us.They constantly get orders wrong and will cater to the homeless over paying customers. Dangerous drug addicts sleep all over the store as you could read in the reviews aboveHomeless people guide other homeless to come here to sleep.this is unfair to the customers that want to get in and out without being afraid they’re going to be attacked by the insane drug addicted people they have laying all over the front patio and inside the store.

I finally used the gift card I won at work. I dont drink coffee but my friend did and i wanted a hot chocolate in the 40 degree weather. They only had white chocolate, which usually I do not like. A hot chocolate made with white chocolate is a hidden gemstone. Thank you starbucks.

Gentrification at its best. So many white people. Open early as heck and doubles as a warm spot to wait for the fantastic NOLA public trans. But the best part...They have free WiFi and welcome all the homeless. By the way, PJ coffee is right next door.
