The Opticians Tonita Henry and Treva Oates are just horrible. One Optician just flat out told me she didn’t know what she was doing.

Tried to have my sons prescription accessed by our local Walmart, but everyone at that vision center would not help me access the prescription or listen to my needs. They were too busy telling me what they couldnt do. I want to thank Steven for not only finding a way to meet my needs, but also calling me back to check on my progress in getting contacts for my son. He was so kind and supportive and really knew what superior customer service truly is. NOLA Walmart is lucky to have such a competent, employee.

Just flat out RUDE. I called to schedule an appointment and the young lady who answered sounded as if I was bothering her. Definitely wont be going here.

Jane V. McDow, O.D. is a very warm and extremely experienced optometrist that makes going to getting an eye exam a pleasure. She knows her business as she knows people. She is a brilliant doctor in her field and has a tremendous ongoing practice of over 30 years.

Booked appointment twice. Was called the day of the appointment to cancel it because the insurance was not taken. Rebooked later after it was confirmed insurance would be taken, however upon showing up was told insurance was still not accepted.
