Pumps are always down . Never take credit cards and super long lines when they do work . Get it fixed

They didnt have the type of cigarettes I wanted. Not that it was a bad experience, just didnt make me entirely happy. The person working the register did seem pleasant. 5 stars if theyd had my brand..

Clean store, and great for everything but buying gas. The card reader at the pumps never seem to work on the first (2nd, 5th etc. attempt). If you get impatient —you may get lucky going to another pump and only having to swipe twice. Tip—stop somewhere else if you just needing gas, unless it’s your last choice.

This Harahan store definitely out beats the other one on Jeff. Hwy. We had called and ordered a pizza a head of time and we went to pick it up and they said they had threw it away already it wasnt even a hr. And they said they could not make us another one kitchen was closed. So we called this store and they happily said they would make it and it was ready before we even made it there from the race track. They arent lazy . Guess the other store just dont wanna work

The store says open 24 hours but its not so it causes a lot of blank trips wasting gas for a cup of coffee please fix this corporate they dont even barely answer the phone

What is wrong with the pumps here? They never work right. I tried earlier in the week and it machine wouldn’t take the card (like the slot was blocked). Today I paid inside for a full tank and the pump stopped after $1.20. The staff wanted me to pay again for the tank when I went inside to ask what’s going on. Don’t waste your time here.

It’s said that is open 24/7 but all the time that you try to get in the store at night time is ALWAYS LOCKED.

I like the Racetrack brand. I had a problem with my gas pump and someone came out to help me. And the remodel makes things easier to find.

I usually dont have a problem but, tonight people can be really rude. Just because I placed the bills on the counter the cashier seeing my hand out throws the coin change on the counter in a way to be rude because I placed the bills down. I do that so I dont have to touch their hands and to make sure what Im giving them. Some people just not need to be working with the public if they cant deal with others in a friendly manner.

In recent months, more and more of the pumps do not work. Some are covered with the yellow bags, but I continue to run into pumps that look open only to find the buttons by the screen don’t work or the card reader is broken. The working pumps are often out of receipt paper. Not what I’ve come to expect from this chain.

Absolutely the best racetrac. Outstanding service. Employees are always friendly. It has alot of problems with the fuel pumps, but over all an excellent business and location

Hope the cashier enjoyed her power trip. My dog didn’t have a service vest on and after gassing up and picking up several dollars worth of groceries I was asked to leave. NEVER gone get another dollar from me. Hope loser enjoys life at the bottom. $10 an hour doesn’t get much nowadays.

I was there to get some items about a hour ago and the staff was very friendly, polite and they were eager to see if I needed any assistance from them. Keep up the good work guys..

The best gas station chain around. This particular one has a big variety of beer, cold drinks, food made in the store, ice cream and so much more. Gas is always priced at or lower then other gas stations in the area. Only issue is during the day its usually got a line..

The customer service in this place is great every time. I once say a girl using 2 cash registers at once and knocked out a line of 10 people in like 2 minutes. Go get a drink or something from there, theyre pretty epic.

I stop in about 2:35a for a cup of coffee. I was informed by the cashier that they were closed. I didnt see any sign age stating that every race trac closes at 2a. I asked to speak with the manager ( Rose) she stated they all do it with an attitude and return to cleaning the restroom.I just wanted a cup of coffee and felt the situation should have been handled much better than it was.

Best Gas Prices. Nice breakfast bar with food made to order. Large variety of essential shopping needs available. Liquor too!

This place opened near my work a few months ago. I go there for huge fountain drinks and slushes. Breakfast sandwiches, lunch options, snacks, pastries and gas. Its my favorite gas station. And dont be discouraged by the long line. Their cashiers are fast and efficient and they dont hesitate to open another register if its needed.

Very good place for Fountain drinks I get my Hundred ounce fountain drink filled up for a dollar fifty nine. With two hot dogs for under $4. There is hot pizza 2 quarter slices for $5. Theres the frozen yogurt ice cream Italian ice machines available and also a super selection of coffees with everything to accent it with including whipped cream. This particular store is especially busy with three cashiers Monday through Friday mornings but you dont wait in line long with 3 cashiers you move along pretty fast. I stop likely 4 to 5 mornings a week. Sometimes on the way home in the evenings to fill out my Hundred ounce cup once more.

This location has improved over the past couple years. The staff is very welcoming and the fresh ground coffee had been great.

What more can you ask for? Cheap gas, clean restrooms, friendly and polite staff, and really good sandwiches and roller foods (hot dogs, corn dogs, etc.) Racetrac almost always has a special going with food and drinks too! If you so desire, they sell lottery tickets, beer, and liquor. Also I like the choice of ice cream There are ice cream soft serve with many flavors. Topping was on the side to be added at your will.. Love to stop for fuel and a icee

Gas prices amazing.. friendly staff.. and the lines stay long but with quick service so I dont mind the wait.

It would be 5 stars, but is is VERY inconsistent on what food is ready in the early mornings when I frequent the place 3-5am. I can understand that things probably wont be ready, but dont have plenty of variety one morning and nothing ready the next when its the same time.

Its 1 oclock in the morning I stopped here to get gas I wanted to go in and grab something because this is always open 24 hours a day seven days a week 365 days a year but its closed because the worker said was just me here not cool at all not cool

Never been inside, parking lot was very clean. The trash cans werent all over filled and trashy looking like most gas stations Ive been to. Now my favorite thing about this particular gas station is that they sell Flex fuel!! Ive never seen this before and my car takes flex fuel. Ive always wondered why cars take flex fuel if they dont sell it anywhere.

Nicely done! Brand new location in Jefferson. Plenty of snacks and even a frozen yogurt bar with many topping. We tried the empanadas and hot dogs and taquitos and all tasted good and fresh. Had a frozen powerade! Ill be back for sure.

Closed when they shouldnt have been. This morning they had a fully stocked section of pastries and nothing to put them in. Trash all over the floor and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Disappointed 2 times in one week.

Never thought Id have any problems here considering i stop here 5x a week to fill uo on my way home from algiers. Theres usually a young blonde haired lady who is very prompt and even knows what type of cigarettes i purchase.However, tonight i was greeted by someone who decided to yell across the establishment as i was making my yogurt, while she was screaming she was also ringing a customer. There have been plenty times when Ive purchased stale items or SOUR FRUIT...and i simply put a topping into a napkin to smell it. (Pretty old by the way...i tossed it.) I then tasted granola which was borderline stale...but in it went to my cup. After i filled my yogurt, i was informed that im not allowed to use whip cream as a topping. As i approached the counter, i was instructedyou need to put that up on the scale...which i did. Then asked for gas and cigarettes. Apparently your cashier doesnt enjoy when ppl ask for more than one thing. Cell phones certainly seemed more important....so, Id just like to say i left. With my $50 plus cigarette and $7 yogurt money. And took the 4 min to go to Discount Zone....& will continue, 5 days a week.Over a sour piece of fruit?No..over a sour attitude from someone who has no problem collecting $300+ per week in your name.

Racetrac is doing it big in the gas station world its alost a mini mall with gas pumps

Registers are down 4-5 times a week. The restrooms are closed off at night. When did people need a register to do math. Cant you take cash for merchandise and figure what tax is owed. Guess math is not a requirement th work at RaceTrac

This is a awesome place very nice. The people who work there are very very nice. Very clean state of the art stuff. You can have sandwiches made to order. Has almost anything you want to drink. Not bad prices. This is the best gas station I have ever been in totally awesome. The line to be waited on moves very fast they get you out of there quick. I wish Walmarts would take lesson from you guys. I would tell everyone about Race Trac and I do. 5 stars rating for this place. Good on you Race Trac you got it right. Coca-Cola makes race track keep their water outside in the sun in the plastic bottles water becomes toxic in the heat of the Sun. Race track told me that Coca-Cola makes them keep the water outside. Why sitting in direct sun its toxic dont buy.
