First time here and this place is awesome!Red velvet brownies is to die for!

I think that the owners were terrible at communication just dont work there they pay 8 dollars and hour and my check was not even enough to help my own self out

Great company took cate of a cookie cake order i needed last minute..they are so kind on the phone and very helpful only place open during this pandemic they are local and all the items are great..oI only order from them..help them stay open by local

Terrible experience. The vendors charged me (2) small icees and then said that they had run out of small cups. One of the guys gave me (1) large size Icee saying he was giving me a better deal. I told him that he was charging more and giving me less product. He kept arguing that he had done a favor to me. I told him he had charged me $5.00 plus tax on the (2) small cups and given me a large product worth only $3.50. After showing him the math with my calculator, he took $1.50 out of his tips jar and gave it to me being in a bad mood. The he told me next time he was going to call security. I told him to call security right away and then he started to say I was harassing him. I didn’t want to keep arguing because I had my little 6-year old watching the whole ordeal. I hope the manager of this location takes actions as these vendors may be pulling the same scam on a lot of tourist is this mall.

Had the best time this weekend the guy william was very nice and fast and I had the best experience at this location not only was the food fresh but the store smelled good and was clean great job team keep up the good work

The crew is funny and fast and leave us with fresh cookies and I red icee thanks for all ur do

The name was spelled wrong on the cake I ordered - even when it was spelled correctly on the order form. Pointed this out and they offered to fix it....only I had been waiting curbside for at least 10+ minutes for the cake and couldnt wait any longer. The handwriting is sloppy and looks unfinished.UPDATE: Originally this post was a 1 star. BUT THEN the owner gave me a call after I called and complained and really did try to make it right. I have not yet ordered a cake from there again, but I will. Any store that has an owner who is as concerned as he was about the product and the process deserves a second chance. I hope this store does well and that their new team flourishes.

While in line at this store.. I watched one of the bakers cut into the cookie (with no gloves) & licks her finger afterwards. After I witnessed this the baker begins to put icing on the cookie & SCRATCHES in her head. Worst experience ever. The workers should always be clean & watch what they are doing in front of customers
