I just left this store a few minutes ago. I walked in and was told someone would help me in the warehouse. I go to the back and wait a bit and no one helps me. A lady tells me her coworker is going to help me in a second. I waited but because I was on lunch break I figured I’d browse. But I kept coming to the front incase someone was going to help me. No one did. As I’m browsing I can hear employees saying “hi, how can I help you” to other people coming in, I definitely wasn’t greeted that way. I’ll let you imagine why. There are a ton of costumes there, literally up to the ceiling. You really need help if you’re looking for something specific. But help never came for me. It’s definitely like a thrift store and smells like one too. I saw ants on a hanger, so that’s when I decided to leave. As I was heading out, no one even stopped to see if I found everything alright. I definitely won’t be returning to this store and I’ll give other people like me a heads up before they waste their time.

I had a custom costume made, and it came out amazing! They did a wonderful job making the designs as close to the source material as possible.

They had the exact hat I needed for a book conference event, and at a reasonable price. They even worked with my hotel to return it. Highly reccomend!!

Holy Grail of Costumes! Everyone who works here is amazing and seems to love their jobs. They have SO MUCH in the back rooms and can also make just about anything. Costume rentals are very reasonably priced. I love this place.

Every time I have been here, the staff has been more than accommodating. They have an amazing warehouse and if you cant find it there, then it cannot exist because they would design it and make it! It is worth just popping in to take a look. I am sure a lot of history has been made in these costumes.

This is a fun place to get great costumes. If you wait too long then you might be subject to long lines at the slow moving checkout. However, the people who run the place are so nice and helpful you cannot fault them for being a little slow at checkout. If you need a costume they have it, or can make it quick.JB
