IF THEY ARE BUSY THEY SHOULD ARTICULATE IT TO INQUIRING CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF IGNORING YOU. I PROMISE TO GO OUT MY WAY TO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

I actually didnt want to give any stars. This company deserves -10 stars.. they have the worst Customer Service imaginable. They say they will get back to you in a timely manner...well its been five days two calls and two emails later. I called another company and they came within an hour, on a Saturday no less. This new company very professional, friendly, fixed my garage door and I didnt have to take out a second mortgage to pay my bill. I will never contact Overhead Doors again. I guess when your as big as they are, repairs no matter the size just dont matter.
