Absolutely a phenomenal shop with a great owner/shop worker! Came in on Christmas Eve, he was open and willing to help me out with a small favor I had, with smile. He provided some great painting tips and suggestions and was not pushy or stuck up like can be seen at some other hoppy shop/miniature stores.Highly recommend and I actually look forward to coming back to town just to visit.

Absolutely amazing! If you want to learn how to get into Dungeons and Dragons style gaming, this is definitely the place to go! Or, if you are looking for more figures for your collections, sets, etc, this is also a great place to go! Its very tight-knit and the people there are extremely friendly and helpful! I went in there not too long ago with no knowledge whatsoever of the hobby, and came out an hour later with enough info to start playing! They even offered for me to come back the next day for them to teach me how to properly paint/play! Definitely recommend!

Stopped in while on vacation to play and build a little. Ended up staying for hours and came back for another full day to build and play some more. The reason, store manager Chaz. He was a perfect balance of charm, knowledge, and humor. He made excellent suggestions, told wonderful stories, and was over all fantastic. When we go back to New Orleans we will be stopping in again, not only to spend time in the store but to visit Chaz again. You could spend a whole day in the area with phenomenal food options and the store itself is picturesque and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Stopped by while in town to check the store out and pick up a model that my local stores were out of. Immediately greeted when walking in. Very friendly and responsive even the other patrons were friendly. Will definitely stop by again when back in N.O. and have more time to spend in the store.

This was an excellent shop to visit. Very clean and organized. Lots of stock and very friendly staff. They made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door.

Visiting from another state, Chaz was super helpful. Im relatively new to the hobby, he gave me pointers for painting some terrain offered classes, was very informative to Sigmar and Warcry, even helped me find some good reading too! Will visit again when Im back in town.

As far as GW locations go, you cannot beat this one, the prices are set across all the same. So its the customer service factor and over all feel in the store. Chaz is by far great at making an inviting, warm, friendly but still business environment. Its a good balance.

I go here for the selection if miniature paints and to oggle the beautiful game table setups.

Matt is a really cool guy and will help you immensely. He left me and my friend play a game using the armies that he had at the store. He also was able to get a hold of a book that was hard to find .

Employee would not let us in the store in spite of us wearing masks, though he himself was not wearing a mask, wouldnt answer questions about when we would be allowed in the store, was sarcastic and dismissive and suggested we shop online. Guess what? Well shop online, bye bye retail income.
