The man who repaired our garage door were very professional and pleasant. They explained every aspect of the job which made it very easy for us to decide what package we would except. They worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything in detail. We would recommend them again to others.

Had them work on my garage door last December...Already broke again...same thing they repaired. Span of life is supposed to be 4-6 years but this lasted only 9 months. Looking online says if a spring breaks in under a year it wasnt installed properly. Yeesh I feel robbed.

I want to leave a review based on the service I received today from Precision Door Service. To begin with, I called a different company 3 days ago, only for them not to come out due to illness and they rescheduled the next day. The following day, they sent a different person out and they did not have the proper spring to fix my door, and again they told me they would come out the next day. So now, on my 3 days of waiting for them to come and fix my garage door, I get a call from them and they scheduled it for the next week. Enough is enough. I called Precision Door and they arrived on time as promised. They were able to replace the springs and get my door working. They tested the door, did a safety inspection, and performed a balance test on the door. Needless to say, Im very happy to state that my garage door is back in business and working without a hitch. Michael ( the manage) was very kind and went above and beyond what was required to get my problem fixed and I highly recommend Precision Door Service for you garage door needs, weather it is for new install or to repair your existing door problems.
