Giving it 5 cuz they are way better than the other store on gentilly blvd. Never a lot of people & the staff is much friendlier especially the manager but i cant remember her name.

Came her to pawn a 10k ring with initials imprinted in it.. and was offerd 2$ 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ No matter wat i bring here my biggest offer was 10$ this whole store is a low baller

The staff is very friendly & polite ...great customers skills. Even on a busy day, the wait time isnt so bad. I definitely recommend this store to handle your business!

Pawned an item but was blatantly lied to about fees to pick it back up. Even clarified before I left the store about the fees and the clerk just kept going with the lie. Didnt find out until it was time to pick up.

Used to be my go to store but I find I get better loan amounts at the other stores. Definitely avoid Oscar, he is a chronic low baller and will insult you with his offers.
