I bought a pair of shoes from them and one of the shoes fit fine in the store, the other shoe was a little tight. I tried them both on at home and realized this so I tried to return them the same day I got the shoes. I didnt want a full refund I just wanted an even exchange in a bigger size. Keep in mind I have only wore the shoes inside my home at this point and never even walked outside. When I got to the store the store owner refused to accept an even exchange or refund even though the shoes had only been worn once and had no damage done to them what so ever. I have heard other people buying shoes from here and finding out later that they are knock-offs please be very weary of buying shoes from here.

Was told they had a pair of dunks dropping from their smaller location .3 miles away. Walked to the canal street location to ask, then they say no. I check Instagram, only to see they made a post that they are dropping the shoe they claimed they didn’t have. I speed back over (literally 15 minutes later) just to be told they sold out. I asked why didn’t they tell me to hang around because i asked for that specific shoe. Their response “FedEx just dropped the shipment off”. At 7 PM? Yea right. Big backdoor.

I will never come here again. Bought a brand new pair of pennys from this store less than two weeks ago for my birthday, and they now are coming unglued on the sides. First off I didnt realize they were glued on not stitched.. Second off why are they 175 dollars if they are going to be ruined as fast as they have. All I did was pack them in the trunk of my car on the way back to Mississippi and the heat caused the glue to become sticky again and mess up the form of the show. Than I tried calling the store and the rude gentleman told me to cal back later he was with a customer.. Am I not a customer? Than when I got upset about it he said this is your first warning... Followed by a second one. Your going to warn me about trying to get a problem fixed with your products and than getting offended when I get upset about him telling me to call back. What terrible representation of the company.

Very poor service, not even worth that 1 star I rated it, the Asian staff that works there is very unprofessional, I went there on black Friday and I asked for assistance on finding something and was literally told to go look for it myself, then I asked to try something on to make sure it fits me properly and I was told the fitting room is out of service, I love the store but dislike the service they give at that certain location none the less tho I still supported the business and purchased my shoes
