My neighborhood Pier One is closing. 😪 It was a great store while I knew it. Got a great last minute deal today which will make great gifts in the future. Will miss it.

Great selection but Ill stick with online. Less than decent customer service. Guy was unpleasant acted like he really didnt care or want to help.

Tue, Nov 29. Visited my local store to find 3 employees shouting at each other with trash-talk and laughing so loud I couldnt focus on what I was looking for. This went on for the entire time I was in store; about 15 min.I wanted to tell them to shut the F-up, dont you know that is unprofessional and inappropriate? I didnt say anything!I found what I wanted and left as quick as possible. When I checked out the younger guy with short spiky dreads attended. I said, Hi how are you today?He grunted some indecipherable words. Bagged the items and said nothing as he handed me the receipt. No thank you, no eye contact, no smile. As soon as I took the bag he turned back to the other counter to continue gossip talk with other 2 employees.I wondered if the manager gives her employees any training in how to address the public and appropriate behavior????Ive been a regular at this store for 5 years and have never seen these idiots before. If they are the reg employees now, Im going to Metarie stores.

Very good selection of holiday decorative and festive products. Everything to spruce up any home or office.

This particular store on Tchoupitoulas Street in Orleans is supposed to be a outlet... it is far from having discounted prices do not waste your time!!

The prices are a bit high, but the staff are so helpful and warm, it makes it alleorthwhioe!

I love allll Pier Ones. But the selection and workers here make you feel happy.

Like the merchandise and personnel helpful . Have to look for sales.
