All employees were well-dressed and polite. Very professional. Informed me of the products/pricing/history. Very hospitable. Well, except the lady who walked around stared a few times. She never spoke, she just stared...kind of odd, haha. Other than that, a good experience. Looking forward to the next purchase.

I was so lucky I came in on Saturday right when they opened and the purse I have been trying to get since it came out in February they happen to have in the Coussin PM. You all made my trip to New Orleans and my day. Ben was so patient and kind. He offered to help me with a future preorder, keeping me informed of new bags I might like and provided such a wonderful shopping experience. Thank you to everyone. Louis Vuitton Purse HostageI traveled to this store after confirming their service hours; which is posted to close at 7PM. I arrived at 6:50pm CST and was notified clients are turned away starting at 6:15pm. The store guard allowed the last 3 guest to come inside the store at 7:02 pm and then proceeded to lock the doors. I traveled to this store to follow up on a bag they have had in their possession since the end of 2019. I have not been able to reach my consultant Hector; the store manager Anna can not be reached. Client Services said they would email the store back in March 2021; still no response from the New Orleans Store. When I reached out to client services today; they were unable to provide any resolution. All I want to do is pay to get my bag repaired. This is very poor client management for what I had come to love as my favorite luxury brand. Louis Vuitton must do a better job of communicating their service hours as it takes a lot of valuable time and money to travel to downtown New Orleans and then be turned away.
First, their phone number wasnt working for weeks.... then made a trip into the store. Let the manager know I have been calling to see if you guys are open and the phone number isnt working, she seemed to question the validity of my statement and said, yes it is. Now why, as a customer, would I tell you your phone isnt working when it is? The guy behind me in line also echoed that he has been trying to call as well.Next, after boxing up my purchase, I specifically asked if the receipt was in the giftbox, to which she answered yes..... of course, I got home and it WAS NOT! I had also asked about fragrance samples, and was not given what I requested, had to ask another sales person for help while waiting for my sales person to get back to me after she walked away for the third time without explanation....Lastly, took 20 minutes to try and order a replacement part for a handbag and was unsuccessful. Was told they would reach out, but I dont expect a followup, clearly this store is STRUGGLING to meet the basic customer service standards, much less the luxury experience of Louis Vuitton.Update: I contacted the main phone number for LV, and they are also SERIOUSLY hurting in terms of followup and service. I was contacted about the replacement/repair - not sure if that will ever materialize into anything, as there is no followup at email from the email customer service besides form responses and passing the buck. NOT a great experience from a luxury brand which claims superior service?

The vibe in the store is relaxing and casual. Everyone working there is nice and upbeat.Champagne and water was offered as they brought out bag after bag, making suggestions.It was great to see everyone smiling and enjoying their day. They were not bothered by us wanting to see everything they had 😂It amazes me how everyone who works there remembers your name. Will definitely be back. Thank you Manny for putting us with Marcus. Ouch! I was looking forward to finally shopping in a Louis Vuitton store until I came here. It was the first time in my life that I left a store feeling like I wasnt good enough to be there. I walked past many employees without them acknowledging my presence besides a quick look up and down of what I was wearing or what other bags I had on my arm and then turning around and walking off. Finally right before I left a lady with very short hair spoke to me and was excited about the backpacks that they had just got in while she was gone. She was nice!

This is one of the better stores to shop with, the people are chill not pretentious and casual. Which makes you want to spend more. This is my 4th purchase from this location and it is one of my favorites.

Very poor selections. The staff was rude! No one offered to help! I stood in line for two hours, the lady in front of me held the line for 5 other family members while they were at other stores shopping and the staff allowed them to go in as a group in front of me!

I ordered a purse on Tuesday never received my confirmation or anything about purse. Money was taken out of my account. Still hasn’t received a called or any information about my purse! I was scammed out of 1,800 dollars from this store. No purse and no money back! I will be contacting a lawyer and police

The new Louis Vuitton Store in Canal Place is gorgeous. The staff is extremely Professional, Friendly and the employees above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are extremely helpful. It is always a wonderful and fun experience to shop with the staff in New Orleans.

We have shopped here several times and the first time we came in no one spoke to us or acknowledged us, they didn’t know we were in there to buy a bag and matching wallet. As soon as I said I wanted to buy something I was immediately offered something to drink several times and everyone lined up to help me. You should never treat someone like they can’t afford to shop in your store and what’s funny is these workers at the end of the day work in a retail store. I know for a fact I make more than they do but they want to treat me like I can’t afford anything. And then today my boyfriend had purchased a LV wallet for me for a gift and we wanted to exchange it for a higher priced wallet but the store closed early, not only had we driven an hour to get there but when we got there the employees were all standing around chatting by the door and staring at us but not acknowledging us at all. They could have said I’m sorry we are closed or even let us in considering it was 2 minutes after they closed and we drove an hour to get there. The level of customer service here is horrible, I’m spending thousands in your store and you’re treating me like dirt on your shoe. Chick-fil-A treats all of their customers and employees with the same respect maybe LV can learn something from them!
Unfortunately I have to give this place a one star to post review because otherwise it wouldnt have even gotten a star at all but seriously will never go to this location of Louis Vuitton again! Its very frustrating when you walk into a store and just get the worst looks as if you cant afford anything there. ALL of the staff members working there were very very snobby. I asked one of the people who worked there a question and they were very rude about it. I think a huge part of what makes a store worth going to is the service and I do love Louis Vuitton - the brand is amazing!! I just cant say the same about the people worked there at this exact location. You should not be defined by how much money you have . If you would like a better location in new orleans to go I suggest going to the one in saks, they are very friendly there

The workers here won’t even acknowledge you because they like to judge just by appearance. I’m here because I want to purchase a bag obviously, the last thing I want is to not be acknowledged by any worker there because they think I won’t spend money. I left and ordered online instead. I’m sorry, should I have came wearing my Hermès belt, with Gucci loafers, and just everything designer head to toe? Ridiculous. I’ve been to many LV stores in other states and have never been treated like this there. I understand you make money off of commission, but I wonder how many times you all fumbled a bag bc you wanted to be rude and judgmental.
