I am aware the Organ Doctor is a wiz with organs, but think twice before dropping off an electronic instrument with him. My keyboard had an issue that he could not personally fix (understandable), and the manufacturer we sent the parts to could not fix it either. I do NOT blame any of this on the Organ Doctor. My problem is that the Organ Doctor failed to give me any updates except for when I persistently called and failed to give me the pertinent contact info of the manufacturer when I decided to take things into my own hands. This ordeal lasted over 7 months and included a lot of wasted time that couldve been eliminated with better communication.
