I waited almost 2 weeks for these people to send me a CPAP machine after telling me that they have my insurance info and request from my doctor.After all of that, i get a phone call from them telling me all of their equipment has been placed on backorder and they didnt know when theyll be back in stock.I wish i can give them 0 stars because that is the total amount of service i got from them.Find somewhere else to go because Apria Healthcare sucks arse!

My mom is on oxygen and y’all have been THE BEST help! I don’t live near her, but when I was in town a year ago, someone came out to help me understand how all of her equipment worked. And for that I am SO grateful! Then today, she is scheduled to get her second covid shot and her Inogen wasn’t working. Y’all came out to save the day! She needed a new machine. Thank you for being so prompt and so helpful! It means more to our family than you know!!

Would give 0 if I could. Beware they charge you almost double for private pay if your insurance doesnt cover the cost of medical equipment. Check Amazon or other sites because the same medical equipment is about 1/3 less than what they charge.

We were referred to this company after my husband’s medical insurance changed, and the previous company that he did business with for years was not a provider on the new insurance. It was almost three months ago that the old company forwarded my husband’s information over, and to this day, we still have not received all the supplies. The customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced with a DME company, and it does not appear that representatives know what they are doing. I cannot tell you how many phone calls we have made to the company, because we have lost count. Last week, I finally reached out to a supervisor in the NOLA office who assured that my husband’s supplies would be delivered 9/30/2019 or 10/01/2019. We received his supplies on 10/01/2019 only to realize that they did not send the hose for the C-Pap. I called the local supervisor today to advise her, and her response was, “I don’t know why they didn’t send that.” She expressed no apology and said she would ship the hose out today. Needless to say, we have got to find a more reliable and efficient provider who values their customers.

Terrible! I returned a CPAP machine here and they lost the machine and my records were cleared from their system. Apria sent me a bill for $823 which then went to a collection agency. While I was in this office (for the fourth time) the receptionist told me that the exact same thing had happened to someone else.

I have been going through a song and dance with these people for almost two weeks to feel one Rx. I have done everything they have asked and still no result. No more!!! I am moving on to another company, because if it was up to them I could die before getting my equipment.

Absolutely the worst. Before asking your name want your zip code. We had the dr fax an order for a new mattress three times. Finally the third time the order was acknowledged. When calling to see what is taking so long was told waiting for insurance approval. Called Blue Cross and they say never received request from ApriaWent through 4 calls before I was able to talk to an expeditor who said that the order was being processed and she could not give a delivery date. April acknowledged the order for a new mattress was received May 2, 2019 it is now July and mattress has deteriorated to a spring poking bedbound patient in the back. I have never heard of it taking 3 months to get a bed. What processing takes that long?

After being nice and understanding, I have had it with these people.Customer no servic. I keep calling and getting an offshore(?) phone center and the same jobblewok that my info is till being reviewed after more than two months. No calls back; Cant talk to a supervisor; no service

This place has the worst customer service and it is always complicated working with them. If there is a problem you have to speak to a different person every time you call and even though the calls are record and representative is documenting what you say you still have to repeat the whole problem each call. Every time you speak with some one they tell you something different. Is it really that hard to process an order and get it delivered.

A call to the local office will route you to the Phillipines. No walk-in service at the office. Go to Ochsner Total Health Solutions on North Causeway - the service there is exponentially better.

By far one of the WORST companies I have ever encountered! No customer service. Keep giving you the run around for certain problems. Billed us one time when a doctors note was apparently missing. We didnt win with our bank on the clear fraduant charges. However, they ended up giving us the machine for free. Scared of lawyers, huh? Just wanted to let people know to avoid these people like the plague and who you would be dealing with.

Seems that Apria sucks no matter which storefront you use! Whats up with non English speaking reps in their so called customer service and call center, its all a damn joke and a bad joke st that! Stay away from this company!

I have been on a CPAP and receiving supplies from Apria for a few years now. In May, I changed to Medicare primary. My physicians office and myself have jumped through hoops and can not get my supplies. They have received all the proper documentation needed. I have filed a complaint with Medicare. I have had to buy my supplies on-line. One day I get a call that my supplies will be here in 7-10 days, the next day I get a recorded message that the prescription from my doctor is incorrect and they can not process my order. This has gone on repeatively. I have tried to file a complain with their customer service and was told that my complaint would be forwarded to the corporate office in Southern California. Still no resolution, replies or supplies. I am an RN and have worked in home health care for 40+ years. This is by far the worse customer service I have seen from and DME Company. I would not recommend Apria to no one!

I would NEVER use Apria if you have a choice. Their customer care is terrible, they double bill, do not explain their charges and in general only care about getting their equipment into peoples hand so that they can over charge them.

I am not able to communicate with a locale office to obtain customer service. The rules and requirements for Medicare billing needs to be printed and distributed for consist billing needs. Apria keeps misplacing doctors faxed notes required and mishandled billing.
