Weve been trying to get someone to come to our home to set up the feeding pump - just dropped off at the front door. Daily calls to company with assurances that someone would be here FINALLY, called and asked them to pick up machine so we could have insurance order from another company. Again, ASSURED someone would be by - theyre having trouble keeping drivers, etc. STILL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and my sister in law struggling with Cancer is having to be fed 6xs daily manually. One Star Minimum to rate is way gracious. THIS company should be AVOIDED.

I gave this company 1 star because it made me do so in order to leave a review. This company has the absolute worst customer service in the world. A monkey would be better equipped than one of there employees. My Grandmother and I have both called this company several times for more supplies, they tell us ok well make a delivery on ___day and no one ever shows up. My Grandma is out of oxygen, so now Im going to have to switch to a different service. The equiptment for the stationary oxygen tank that plugs into to wall, is so old its dirty and slimy. I cant let my Grandma breathe that in!! Im so angry at this company. They do not care for the wellbeing of their patients. Ive tried dealing with the one in Elmwood and the one in Houma. Its absolutely ridiculous.

My doctor faxed over a prescription for a cpap machine along with my insurance info. I have called them 3 times in the past week. They have never reached out to me. They dont even have record of me or my insurance in their system. My doctors office is closed for the holidays. When they open back up, I will request for them to send my prescription to a different company. Terrible customer service. I am paying out of pocket for this machine. Its always someone elses job to help me, and that person is always at lunch. Its like they dont even want my money.

They wouldnt help my mom when she called the staff is very unprofessional
