Mixed experiences lead to the three star review. This was my first time trying Helm Paint. I called the day before and had a Five Star discussion with an articulate, knowledgeable, and helpful man. Based on the call I went there but had a poor experience with the young man that I encountered. He was not very articulate, knowledgeable, or trying to help me. He told me wrong prices, always lower than what they eventually rang up to be. He was doing just the minimums to get me to go away. He came across as just going through the motions, uncaring, doing just enough to get a check...
