I had an old phone that was hardly working and needed help transferring my information to my new phone. I went in and got a nice blonde girl I think her name was jen. She was very helpful and took her time with me she showed me how to use the new phone. I don’t post reviews hardly ever but she left such an impression on me. If you need anything I recommend stopping in and seeing her.
Jennifer that works here was absolutely amazing on helping us with our phones and plan. She was so helpful! Plus the pink hair was just the right amount of spice lol.

It is a retail store not a Verizon store like the name on the building. The dont have the same packages that a real Verizon store can offer you. The assistant was nice.
EDIT: Verizon responded to my review saying theyre sorry for the bad experience and theyd like to come to a resolution. They gave information on how to contact them and I did. I have not heard back from them. Terrible company.If youre thinking about going with Verizon, dont. Ive dealt with some bad companies, but Verizon has been a nightmare. Check out Verizon Wireless at the BBB and youll see they have had almost 24,000 customer complaints filed on them in the last 3 years. Almost 9,000 in the last year, which means theyre getting worse and truly earning their 1 star rating from their customers. You just dont get that many complaints unless youre ripping people off. I was with Verizon for 3.5 days before I dumped them and switched to T-Mobile. Texting never worked correctly and our data was extremely slow. Spent 3.5 days trying to speak with customer service at Verizon, to get it fixed, and did nothing but sit on hold until I gave up. The part that is really infuriating (the entire experience was infuriating actually) was I used their call back service, where a rep is supposed to call you back when they are available. I selected this option, they called and I was immediately put back on hold without speaking to anyone. I sat on hold for a while, then gave up. They did this to me twice. Then I get my bill estimate of $460 dollars for the first month. Should have been $60 activation fee +$140 monthly charge + tax. Dumped them the next morning. Fast forward a few weeks and I get a bill for $107.40 for 3.5 days. Still cant get through to customer service, so I filed a complaint with the BBB asking for a bill adjustment as my phones never did work correctly. Verizon could not care less about the poor customer service and the fact my phones didnt work. They said tough luck, pay our bill 100%. Dont like it? Go to arbitration.They never did address the complaint that my phones never worked correctly. Every response just stated the bill was correct over and over.Thats the Verizon experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I traded in in my old iPhone in for bill credit and still have yet to receive the credit 4 months later. I’ve made numerous calls to the customer service and have stopped into the store multiple times all to be told the same story of we will get to the bottom of it and call you within the next 24-48 hours. Yet not 1 time have I received a call back. Instead i give them a week and I have to call and ask how the situation is going and never receive any additional information. So long story short Verizon stole from me because the associates at this store cannot do their jobs correctly yet I’m the one paying the price so I highly recommended not going to this store.
You literally cant even talk to customer service. You literally call their number and then have to spend 20min hitting different menu keys!! then they ask for a pin number that doesnt even work then they disconnect you! Its horrible beyond belief!! The phone insurance is even a bigger joke and they send you refurbished replacement phones not new ones!! The replacement phone they sent me literally had scratches on it!!!

Typical shady big tech shadiness here too...they tout buy a phone get a phone!, but its a lie too and then sneak the charges on your account, add phantom lines, non-existent customer support, non-existent service-dont even get texts anymore, Verizon sells your info for 3rd party marketing or promotions or scam calls too,scam texts, etc. Never had any of these problems until with these progressive demons. crApple products are exactly that too. Typical big tech greed here people, move along...
Waited an hour, then made an appointment. When we returned for our appointment, we waited 2 more hours past our appointment time. Very unorganized.Update: the manager Rick new what he was doing and got us settled.

They say you can call to make appt or order curbside but when you call there is no option to speak with a store representative just the typical useless Verizon Menu.. Frustrating for those of us who have now choice because of the coverage area we live in so you have to go stand around the parking lot and wait...you can count on lousy service at this store and if your not buying something forget it they have no use for.
For about two weeks my service has started to slow down between 7PM and 10PM. I called Verizon and the tech told me that my tower was experiencing peak use and gave me instructions on how to reset my phone to fix the problem. The tech then spent 10 minutes trying to sell me insurance for my flat-screen, I told him thats why I have homw owners insurance. The tech wouldnt stop and after me saying no 3 times I told him stop it. So I tried his rest fix and it didnt work. Time to find a better service provider
Would be a zero if I could I went to get an upgrade and they broke my charging port I had to pay for a warranty phone and it didnt accept my SIM card went to have them help me and was told to visit a different store would not recommend to anybody

Really enjoyed my experience with Rob at the New Philadelphia Verizon store. Lots of laughs as I made my purchase that day. We had waited for a bit as it seemed everyone came in at once but it was well worth the wait for great customer service. You could also see everyone was working diligently to help those they were with and then finding the next person to help. Thanks a lot!

Verizon, you owe me my 3 hrs back.I just spent 3 hours in this sink hole, they didnt change my phone plan, rendering my phone unusable. Finally got my old phone back that worked perfectly when I walked in, 3 hours of my trip wasted and nothing accomplished.The employees were very apologetic,Verizon, you owe me money.
Just left this store and I must say my experience was horrible, the lady that waited on me was absolutely no help. We were trying to Port a number over and instead of doing what she gets paid to do, she gave us a piece of paper with a phone number on it and told us to do it ourselves, obviously if we knew how to do it ourselves we wouldnt have made the 40+ minute drive to the store for help. Do not recommend this store being that they are commission based apparently you only get help when theyre making a sale forget the $400 you pay into this damn company every month. Regret not getting her name because I would call corporate and turn her in.
My version car charger went bad after 10 months. Replaced it no problem. It pays to buy something that has a 1 year warranty.
The assossiate had a sour look on her face throughout the entire visit. Very condescending and acted as if I was sitting at the wrong lunch table. Luckily the gentleman assossiate was much more conversationally equipped and saved the entire experienceWould recommend the gentleman, the rest could be let go honestly.
Not to the employees but to the corporate, they never honor their contracts. Yet you can go to Best Buy and they will honor your contact with them for you. Its expensive as hell compared to literally anywhere else. Their insurance is a frad because youre paying 20 a month and if you got to file a claim they still want you to pay everything, so why even have insurance. If you can opt out of a contract I encourage you to do so because they have never once not screw me over.

Nice, helpful person to assist with the purchase but a system that needs a major overhaul. It took 2 hours to do what used to take 5 minutes by fax due to computers, ancient passwords, and vw personnel outside of the store. Just wanted to take over an 85 year olds phone bill! Ridiculous!

Weve never had problems with Verizon until now. . .We bought two new Samsung S10s while they were BOGO in May. We did everything that we needed to do the sales rep seemed knowledgeable and was personable. He was all this is great! Youll save so much money and your second phone is only going to cost you xx amount of money! BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! Come to find out we needed to upgrade to an unlimited plan which HE FAILED to mention even though we had him check out the unlimited plan for us and he never told us any different so now Im stuck paying for 2 phones!! Gee. . .Thanks ROGER!!! You really screwed us on that one!!
The staff is always helpful, sometimes a little pushy with products but that is their job, so I cant complain. The new Philly store definitely has the best staff around and the biggest selection. I made the mistake of visiting a different store and they sold me and overpriced piece of junk. This store is the only one I will do business with.
Spent an hour there with my wife picking new phone, then switching apps, contacts, etc. We were waited on immediately by a very knowledgeable sales person. Huge variety of options. Great experience.
Why would I pay $200 for 5 lines on Verizons unlimited plan and wait 1 hour to have someone help me when I can go to Sprint and pay $90 for 5 lines on their unlimited plan? In one year I would save $1,300.. enough said

Very busy store in a strip plaza across from New Towne Mall, There is usually a wait if you need help troubleshooting your phone, need help with your account or start a new line of service. Customer service is excellent. In my opinion the best wireless company for service coverage in Tuscarawas County.
They are always ready to help you when you walk through the door whether if its small or big.
The most difficult business i have had dealings with Bought a mi fi to try out says i have a 14 day return Also bought a cord for the phone Got the wrong cord and the mi fi buffers more than my phone So i thought that ok Ill return it move on. Not only was is not explained but this is less than 24 hrs They charged me a 50 dollar restocking fee on a 143 dollar purchase the little girl said we cant re sell these i didnt believe it nor did i care. I spend a normal 200 a month with Verizon which i have had no problem but these little schisters wont see another dollar. They are rude which is the the new millenial professional. So if amazon or verizon direct has your product get it that way. Less hassle and and you dont have to deal with punks. I hope this is more than enough to tell them thanks but no thanks

I was in the store for 2 hours. Customer service representative kept jumping from one customer to another and just left me several times. I was totally upset until I could get out of there. I will never go back to that store again. We pay too much to have that kind of customer service.

I bought a 900$phone less than 30 days ago. I bought the 50$ shield ZAGG. It broke and I went to this store to get help. They would not return it or help me except a lady did register my product for me that worked at that store and on my phone and said there just put in credit card for postage and it will come. Waited a week. It is the 19$ one that is plastic. She registered the wrong product. by now my phone is having a real problem awaiting a shield and crumbling glass all over . I drove to verizon and the manager Steve and Aaron (sales guy from selling me the phone) both could not help me, the lady that registered the incorrect product avoided me and she was next, as Aaron told me, to help me. I was told to go home, call Zagg or pay for another shipping that btw was more money than the first one cause it is glass and heavier. ALWAYS go to best buy everyone. They care for ya! STill emailing and trying to fix this stupid mistake. BTW Zagg is 25$ on AMAzon. Probably my best bet right now to cut the losses!! I told AAron I was posting a negative review and he said OK. popopeedo

Employees always take good care of customers, the wait can get annoying but I always walk out pleased.
Had camera issue with new phone and was told it was a known software issue. Talked with Google and they did not know about it. Went back to Verizon and they would not offer to replace the phone.

The rep I got did not even give me the option to buy a new phone out right OR get a plan. She told me that if I wanted a new phone I should get on ebay. She defiantly lost a sale.
