They charge customers to fix their mistakes and shortcomings. They must need income b/c management could not admit to their mistakes and felt it was necessary to charge the customer to fix them.

This place is ridiculous. I had my MacBook worked on here. The screen was damaged. When I got it back after they had worked on it for a month or more and several hundred dollars, it worked for about a month then died completely. I get that it was a difficult fix, but they should have just admitted they couldnt fix it. A few months later, I asked for a quote to pull the data off my now dead computer and put it on an external hard drive, and it was going to be over 500 dollars. For a data transfer. This place will take your money and if it isnt fixed at that point, they will take more of your money.

Large staff, very knowledgeable and years of experience among the employees.

They are mostly a corporate IT department, however they have lost many of their major customers. They also have moved across the street, & up the hill, so now no one can find them.
