My wife and I went to Doering Vision Center on Erie St in Massillon today! Dr Ben and the staff was great! They allowed our two young kids come with us and they let them see some of the equipment. They have a great selection of frames and they took good care of us. If you need to get your eyes checked I highly recommend Doering Vision Center!

They did a great job explaining to me all my options and giving me some great recommendations they are very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend them to anyone

Dr. Doering is the most attentive doctor that I have ever seen. I told me everything about my eyes and I could tell he really cared about me. I had no clue there are so many diseases that affected the eye. Why is this the first time Im hearing this? No one has ever mention my diabetes can affect my eyes. This is the best eye exam I have ever had. I got a cute pair of glasses to match my sassy side! Love the selection of glasses! I will refer everyone.

After going to another optometrist in the area for years, I decided to give Dr. Doering a try. He and his staff are wonderful! They are polite and extremely helpful in every way. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I am looking forward to being a patient of his for years to come!

Doering Vision Center is very patient friendly. We have no trouble booking appointments for the times we need and they also accept walk ins. The office runs on time so we havent had to wait in the lobby to see the doctor. The staff already had a selection of glasses prepared which our insurance would cover; and were very helpful to explain which styles worked best for us. Dr Doering was also exceptional with my 7 year old daughter, entertaining her questions and explaining what he was doing and why.

Dr. Doering and his staff were excellent! Dr. Doering did a thorough exam and explained each of the different tests that were completed. Dr. Doering answered all of my questions and was very honest and professional. The rest of the staff was outstanding and they helped me find the best frames within my budget. I would highly recommend the Doering Vision Center!

I had the best experience ever with Dr. Steins Optical Clinic. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the care and services I received. Yesterday was my 1st time with Dr. Doerings office. I was very pleased. I have been going to Steins Optical for many years. Ive always been satisfied with Steins but very pleased with Dr. Doering and his staff.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is a JOKE! I have never in my entire life been treated so poorly by ANY health care facility. I have been seeing an eye doctor my entire life. I had an exam in March. I was given the wrong prescription, and treated like I was stupid by the doctor who saw me. He was extremely condescending and rude. I came back in to pay their ridiculous out-of-pocket price for a contact lense fitting and asked for an exam to be redone to get the CORRECT prescription. Not only did they do a slew of extra things without my permission, they CHARGED ME FOR A REPEAT EXAM!! Unbelievable! I still left without contacts and without a correct prescription. I refuse to give them a dime. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! Its a wonder their business isnt failing.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Steins Optical Clinic in New Philadelphia, OH for many years. The doctors there are excellent and everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful! We would recommend Dr. Steins to anyone needing quality care for their eyes.

Iv been going here for over 30 years and now my entire family is here regularly. The staff is cordial and prompt and very helpful when choosing new frames. Nothing is made in-house, but they are quick to get you what you need.

I have been a patient at Dr. Steins for 16 years and have always been more than satisfied with their service! Dr. Reiss, Dr. Manello, Sue, and Martha are always very friendly and happy to help with anything you might need. When I was younger, I sat on my glasses many times, and they were always available to bend them back into shape at no cost. :)

Ive been going here for 23 years. The staff is great and Dr. Reese is one of the best in the business. Their selection of glasses is sort of limited.
