Great customer service at his UPS location. This UPS store has always helped me. And they even go over and above and mail my US Postal Service mail if I am sending a package via UPS.

This place is great and what a wonderful staff!

Holly and the staff are always helpful Ive been a customer of them and actually have a mailbox there for about three years now and Ive always been very kind I order a lot of stuff they always make sure I have my stuff when I pick it up never have to worry about my mail.Im gone long periods of time and I never have to worry about my stuff.

Guy working there was nice. However, the ground cutoff is 5:30pm, I showed up at 5:28 with prelabeled boxes and was told they would go out the following day. As I was leaving the parking lot, the UPS driver was also leaving in his package car. Seems like an effort couldve been made to get my boxes out that day since I was there before the cutoff. If you cant get them out after 5:20, then change the cutoff to 5:20... This was after I went to the customer center which was listed on the UPS website as being open, but a sign was on the door indicating that it is permanently closed. Not impressed with UPS services in this town.

I wanted to take the time to thank Holly and staff at the UPS Store in New Philadelphia for helping me pack and ship a large, valuable piece of artwork from OH to FL. From the point of my first contact to the receipt of my shipment today in FL, my expectations were exceeded and I could not be more pleased. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, my framed print was professionally and superbly packed and arrived in perfect condition. I do not hesitate to highly recommend their services.

Good luck guessing when this place is open. I wouldnt even use this place but I have a free return shipping label. Also, they use people to do their dirty work then send them down the road. Bad place.

Shipped my iPhone 11 to the wrong address over a month ago... messed up everything with Verizon and I’m irate. Never will I go through them ever!!!!

Pleasant but on the whole UPS Stores charge very high shpping rates, that are about 3-4 timess what I pay to ship the same items.

Been standing at front register for over 10 minutes while two females are sitting in back on chairs just chatting away. Apparently we have nobody actually looking at the front counter ever. Worst business I have ever been to. And the one just literally looked at me, turned around and went back to what she was doing.

Polite staff

Dropped off some items that I already had paid labels for, just needed to print them. $1/label to print them. I thought she was joking at first.
