Came out the day after I contacted them. The gentleman Mike came and introduced himself and said the job would take about 45 minutes. I agreed, and went back inside while he went to work. He came and knocked a few minutes later and told me the new window had a scratch( looked like a minor scuff to me ) and he didnt feel comfortable installing it. He apologized profusely and said they get the glass the night before and its hard to see stuff like that at night. He was back the very next day same time with a new windshield. He said it would take 45 minutes and was done in 30 minutes. 5/5 Would recommend. Professional, honest, quality work, and quick.

They fixed my winshield great!!!

I noticed a chip in my windshield and contacted this company to see about a replacement when the chip got a little worse. This was on a Wednesday afternoon after 4pm. I was asked why wait and that they could come out and repair the next day. I went ahead and scheduled the repair. By 9am the next morning, the technician was at my vehicle while at work and in 30 minutes, I had a new windshield. It is crystal clear and installed perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Quick, efficient, and great customer service.

Thank god for this company! I noticed a crack on my windshield that was starting to spread and get bigger on Friday and I already had weekend plans with my kids... so I called this company and I’m glad I did because they came out the next day to my house and replaced my windshield with a brand new one on the spot and didn’t charge me a dime!! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the lady who answered my call to the technician that replaced my windshield! Very good experience. I’ve been needing to take care of the windshield of my truck but I am as well as most, very busy and some things just get passed by. First Class Auto reached out to me did their due diligence and made it happen with very little effort from me. Super efficient. They did a great job along with superb customer service.

Watch out for this scam. They go door to door and act so aggressive. They are rude and so shady. Don’t trust these people they are crooks

SCAM. There’s a reason your insurance company wants you to go through them, not a third-party company like this. I was almost dropped from my insurance because they changed my glass before it was approved. The “fair and reasonable” prices are lies. I received a letter in the mail stating that there will be a lawsuit against my insurance. Same thing happened to my neighbors.

It was a breath of fresh air to deal with such a great auto glass company. They were on time and the new windshield seamed to be better quality than what I had replaced. I would highly recommend the team at First Class Auto Glass. They are like their name.

William is a magician. My crack disappeared. The spider part was about the size of a nickel and the pit was sizable. But it’s completely gone. The before and after picture would be his best review. Too bad I can’t post that.

Awesome crew of technicians and sales rep.. They thoroughly explained the whole process and showed me how beneficial it was for me to get my windshield replaced.. not only did they replace with professional care, they came to my driveway & replaced it FOR FREE!!! I also talked with the owner and he is great guy who reached out to me to make sure I had no further questions after the post-replacement of the windshield.. That’s something you don’t hear much of anymore when the owner reaches out to the customer to see if we are satisfied with the work. First class auto glass will always be my first and last people I call on!

I was recently on a road trip and traveled thru this little town near the sponge docks called Holiday. Well, I had just gotten off the highway when I noticed a crack in my window forming. I stopped and called Will at First Class Auto Glass. He was so nice to me and had me back on the road in no time. The window was replaced professionally and I was on my way. Update 1/6/2020Scam, company was very easy to work with for a reason. They invoiced my insurance company 3000+ for a windshield!!!!! Just received a call from my insurance company investigator. I detest dishonest people. I will be seeking legal representation as this will affect my insurance. What goes around comes around.Update 1/6/2020Just seen that the owner replied I directed the Owner to the investigator at my insurance company. The long and short of it is that glass companies like this fabricate documentation and markup the cost significantly, unfortunately this is widespread in Florida and a common problem. There is no scenario where a windshield (yes I requested factory) was 3000+. So to be clear. I passed this to my insurance company to deal with. I suggested the owner do the right thing and was not very aggressive 😆..the only reason this was flagged is due to the smaller insurance company I deal with. I assume the big companies dont catch it. Dude you were caught, enough said....Karma.
