Very good above and beyond service. I would recommend Superior. Replaced my windshield, after poor service from one of those national advertised companies, which are in the next county anyway.

When it comes to my car, I only want to go to the best, especially with windshields. For previous repairs and replacements, Ive used the chain company my insurance company suggested I use and I always had issues. When a nice rock hit my windshield a few weeks ago, I knew I needed to go to a reputable glass shop that I could trust. After a quick Google search, I found Superior Auto Glass, a local business with excellent reviews. I called and Linda was so helpful on the phone! She answered all of my questions throughly and it was easy to make an appointment that fit my hectic schedule. Linda also told me to put tape over the crack until I took my car in. I took my car in today and Linda greeted me at the door! After inspecting the cracks in my windshield and pulling my car into the garage, she explained the process and answered my questions. I learned so much about auto glass that I didnt know before! I felt like a valued customer, not just some number and $$ from the insurance company. The repaired cracks look great and Im thankful I found Superior Auto Glass! You can definitely tell Linda has a passion for what she does! I highly recommend Superior Auto Glass for your auto glass needs and will recommend it to my friends and family! I wont go anywhere else for my auto glass needs!

Superior was awesome. I used them based on others’ reviews. They made it easy and did a great job. Window was spotless too when I picked up the truck. Don’t let your insurance company steer you to the big box company. My insurance tried to get me to the discount shop but they have to let you use your shop. I paid nothing at Superior and super happy.

The owner of this establishment is so professional kind and helpful she even took me home so I didnt have to wait while they fixed my car and the job was excellent. I came in again and my car windshield was repaired in 15 minutes because of another crazy driver! I highly recommend this company there arent that many out there like this.

I initially chose Superior Auto Glass for this reason but was very pleased to discover them to be accommodating, professional, quick and very reasonably priced. They even gave me unsolicited advice on how to fix myself a separate problem they noticed with my car. I would highly encourage you to consider this business over the big chains. What a fantastic experience! I needed a new windshield and really just didn’t want to patron someone like Safelite when we have good local companies who can do the job right and super fast. I’ve had to (unfortunately) replace two windshields within a week because of rocks breaking them and I was offered service next day for a full replacement. The jobs both times took less than an hour. Linda is sooo kind and felt so terrible that I had to go through it twice within 1 week but took excellent care of me. Please consider giving your business to the locals first, they do great work! Highly, highly recommend.

This is actually the second time in the last 2 years I have had to have my windshield replaced (joys of living off US 19) by Superior Auto Glass of Tampa Bay. The service that Linda and her team provide has been amazing both times. The first time I had my windshield replaced it was with another company. So last year when that one cracked I called Linda at Superior was incredibly impressed with the service. My first replacement windshield had been installed incorrectly, and in order to replace it Superior Auto Glass had to not only replace the glass but framing pieces around the glass. Couldnt be happier result with the replacement materials and the work. I had to call on Linda and Superior again this week and it was wonderful. She remembered who I was (which is a fantastic/warm & fuzzy feeling) and worked with my schedule to get the glass replaced ASAP. Again, I am so happy with my new windshield and how quickly it was able to be replaced. If you ever need a replacement windshield in the Tampa Bay area, I would definitely call Linda.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a replacement windshield. Linda was great about working to immediately source my requested glass and schedule the appointment. However, there was a concern, when I got it back my jeep could no longer fly, float, let alone jump or rollover like it used to. But, Linda and team made sure the new windshield was just as good as when it came out of the factory floor so I guess we are even. I am sure I will need a replacement windshield again at some point and I will be calling on this shop again for all my needs. Thank you Linda and team!

Linda at Superior has done both my personal vehicles as well as my clients for years. As I have come to see throughout my years in Insurance, not all glass or glass companies are created equal.There is a reason that the large auto insurance companies use the big companies, must of which are not American based corporations who manufacture their own glass. Cheap repairs and replacements might sound good but they never hold up as good as OEM or better glass. Linda always strives to give our clients the best product she can as well as great service. Even when we send her another companies mistakes she makes sure, sometimes at her own additional cost that the client does not get nailed with another claim. she is always quick to point out the abuses in her own industry and leads the charge to help remove the fraud that raises our premiums.Whether you are need a repair, replacement or just a second opinion Superior Auto Glass of Tampa Bay is who you need to call. even if it is a question after the fact she is always willing to help. It says it right in their name, they are a far Superior company when compared to the competition.

About a week ago the back window of our one year old Toyota was broken buy a rock hitting it.I took the car to the local Toyota dealer where we bought it. I got there in the last hour that they were open for the day.When I asked for help they handed me Linda Rollinsons card And told me that they considered her company Superior Auto Glass of Tampa Bay to be the best in the area.I called Linda on the spot. She came to the dealer, ordered the glass, cleaned all of the broken glass form the rear of the car,put plastic over the opening,and did all of this on a cold evening after super hour.The next day Linda called with pricing and set up a time for the install of the new window.Two days after the window was broken, a man who works for Linda met me at the dealer, installed the new glass and the job was done. The customer service that I got from Superior Auto Glass was far above and beyond what I would have ever expected, and they asked nothing extra in return.May God Bless them with success now and in the future.They are the best in the business, In my opinion too.

Linda is truly Great, She cares about her customers safety and will not use cheap import glass on your car like safe lite or the other glass giants who put the cheapest blurry POS windshield in your car to maximize profit. Not only did Superior Autoglass do an A-1 Fantastic replacement... she educated me about auto glass ! I never knew there was so much to know about a windshield, but Linda is truly the best in the business!!!She replaced my windshield in about an hour and the new one is much better than my factory as she ordered a acoustic model at no extra cost.My new windshield is not made in cha cha china, it is from Great Britain and it is C R Y S T A L Clear P E R F E C T I O N !!!I love the built in tint band and I am not blinded in the morning like I use to be. My suv was almost $50k new and they will treat your car like it is their own.. The only thing that would have made the experience better was a free car wash and vacuum. I has a chip in my windshield. I had my car washed and they offewred to replace my windshield and bill my Insurance company. I called Linda and she came to my office and said she could repair it and and she did and I asked her if she was going to bill my Insurance company and she said no and to keep her in mind when I needed a new windshield. You dont see many people Like Linda! She said I owed her nothing but to refer her to my co-workers. If you want someone who is honest and fair you need to call Linda at Superior Auto Glass!

Today was my second time using Superior.As the name implies they are way superior to the nation wide auto glass companies.Linda the owner definitely knows her business.She handled all the insurance issues,and did attempt to help settle an issue with my previous insuranc provider.The technician that installed my windshield today has more than 20yrs expirence in the business. These people definitely take pride in their work.

Terrible !!this is how they treat a 65,000 dollar truck new, they scratched up the top of the center console on dash, scraped a chip off the center vent, (didnt cover dash while removing glass or mirror), had parts facing down on the concrete (scratches), tech was standing on a 400 dollar alternator and the tire with the hood open..... they were banging on painted panels over and over that snap into place (clips on wrong part) I have pics of all of it, choose someone else if you have a vehicle you care about......
