So yesterday I was in a situation with my two week infant in the car when my car overheated literally as I was turning into the parking lot I had to shut the engine off before I blew my engine. I then went inside with my fiance and the baby and talked to Ryan and AJ and they were simply amazing they allowed me and my child to wait inside the air conditioning while they tried to figure out what was wrong with the car. But then the battery drained so they couldnt get to the actual problem but they did so much for me that I wanted to give a shout out and credit where its due. The general manager let us to keep our car there for almost an entire day while we figured out the tow-truck situation with no hesitation at all. I recommend to go to this location if theres anything ever wrong with your car and they will go the extra mile and I appreciate everything they did and will be returning for any future car issues I may have! Thank you again to AJ Tyler and Ryan!!!

Great place, wonderful employees. Went with my wife to see if they could help out with a fundraiser for her high school journalism class the assistant manager was extremely helpful in setting things up for her and having her confirm with the manager during the week. I love those guys are always helpful. When they come up to do something for you I think we should slip him a few bucks for lunch. Even though they dont take it you going to stuff it in their pocket when theyre not looking LOL

This store is clean, well lit, and well organized. Its super easy to go in and find exactly what your looking for without wandering around like a lot child. Sure the store is smaller than other auto parts stores, but that hasnt never been an issue for me, I always seem to get exactly what i need.The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to help talk me through whatever it is Im trying to do. As a female I appreciate that they are respectful and dont speak down to me like I dont belong in there.

I dealt with the manager and assistant manager the three times that I came in and 3x they sold me the wrong product that had nothing to do with what I was requesting & apparently what they were selling me was better than what I was asking for... It was never the case..Youre better off going to AutoZone on Grand boulevard in the trouble Creek plaza!!

Polite, attentive to my needs

They didnt push me to buy something I didnt need therefore I love them. Instead of lying like some would they were honest and upfront with me and I really appreciate it. They also did a diagnosis on my car which some advance autos are not doing anymore.

Ripoff. Bought a $150 battery w/3 years replacement. It died in 1 year. They wouldntreplace it & claimed it was 13V. It had a deadcell, I knew,(Im a master mecanic). Bought a K&N filter that was not in stock. They said they would call & dident. They sent it back for a refund to them. I pre paid. They keptthe $. DONT PATRONIZE.
