Brittney has outstanding customer service skills. She is pleasant and friendly. Brittney remembers my daughter and always ask how school is going. She is a prime example of a caring person .

Great staff, great store! And very clean. Gets 3 stars for not having coffee when it is most needed. Late night craft coffees are unavailable at this location due to short staffing. Not completely their fault, but still a reason that will prevent me from showing up.

They also have the fun, cool and awesome Coke-a-Cola machine in which you can create your very own unique coke creation! I just watched a kind gentle man ask for some ranch twice, the lady snapped at him so rude he left embarrassed and was cursing in the kitchen while we were all still there i felt so bad for this man she doesnt need to be working with people couldnt catch her name on the name tag but Ive never seen someone be so rude she is literally still going g to the pont im writing this while in the store getting drinks and o can hear her cussing by the food horrible horrible horrible

Awesome coffee and sandwiches. Staff are incredible. No regrets here. Only drawback is I am obviously over 35 and I still must produce ID to by vape cartridges. Im grey haired go Gods sake!!

I was waiting in line for my drink & the man behind the drink bar told me that I had to go pay first (which I have never had happen) and I had no problem doing so. I waited in line for 10 minutes as he stared at me the whole time, & by the time I had paid & finally gotten my drink, it was melted and made wrong. It couldve been avoided had he just let me pay afterwards like I usually do. I paid for a terrible drink & service that obviously was not that welcoming towards me.

Normally, I rave to friends and family about wawa. However, this store handed me 2 stale croissants after ordering a fresh one from the app. If I want a stale one from the counter I wouldnt bother ordering from the deli.

Good coffee, decent hoagies and clean store. I wouldnt recommend their burritos though. They dont wrap them tight enough and throw them in a small bag without proper wrapping and you wind up with a mess that is quite bland tasting.

This place rarely has any soap in its restrooms. And you have people handling your food.. you cant just slap hand sanitizer on after you just came out of the restroom and think you hand is clean, then proceed to handle people food..

This Wawa is one of the better ones around. Staff is not always friendly (star deducted), bathrooms are always clean, a little slow at times when ordering food but for the most part, this is a great location. I love Siptopia and also the $1 soda deals going on and must say Wawa is killing it with the coffee because its the BEST around and even better than McDonald’s. I get some of my Gas here and wish they offered some sort of fuel rewards program for Taxi and Ride Share drivers because I would fill up here more than I do now

My last four visits have been very disturbing. Each time there have been several people in the store without face masks. During my last visit, two customers in the store were holding dogs while standing directly in front of the food preparation counter. To my surprise, the workers were fawning over the dogs instead of asking the customers to step back.Why is this permitted? There is a mask mandate in effect.

Bugs in the food! It’s really sad because I’d go to Wawa’s almost every morning. Never again. This HAD to have passed multiple sets of eyes, before it even got to the Sandwich Prep. Cleanliness and attention to what they’re serving is a must.

Every time I come here its clean. Though the drink area can get messy but thats because of people not knowing how to clean up after themselves. I love getting water from Wawa! Ive ordered food here and every time I have its always good and fresh! The only annoying thing is though which I understand the girl was just doing her job is I was with my sister and she was getting a pack of cigarettes and the girl wanted to see both of our IDs. I didnt have it on me though we both told her Im 27 and my DOB. She didnt let her buy the cigarettes and we had to go out of the way to another Wawa location. It was a bit ridiculous. I dont even smoke!

This place is included in our daily morning routine. The people that work there are great. They remember our special order & get it right every time. We pass other Wawas to go to this one. We have tried going to the other ones nearby & its just not the same.

Everytime I go to Wawa I get some kind of 24 ounce Cold Brew Iced Coffee. Each time I pay over $3 for the coffees I always get. Today was no different than any other time, except for the person making it didnt seem to know what he was doing. I grabbed my coffee as we waited for our breakfast burritos to be finished. When I got home I was very disappointed when I looked at my cup & I didnt even get a full cup. I wont be getting it any more after this morning, its not worth over $3 to be missing that much coffee!

I just ordered my sandwich with extra oil and vinegar and Victoria must’ve been to busy to add it to my sandwiches it’s so dry. Tried this location on my lunch break but not again my expectations for Wawa is very high because the company has great customer service policies I’ve always been treated well but it’s 1st time for everything 👎🏽Victoria please pay attention to your orders.

Had high hopes for a good quick breakfast sandwich here. Didnt happen. All egg sandwiches are made with only egg whites. Maybe everyone doesnt like egg whites! Blueberry muffin? 3 blueberries! Colombian coffee had no flavor. I make better! Very disappointed...😞

Love their made-to-order subs/sandwiches. They are always made with fresh ingredients. They have a good assortment of snacks and drinks. The gas prices are usually among the lowest in the area. This location is clean and has a great staff.

We filled up here while returning home after fleeing hurricane Irma. They were the only gas station anywhere that not only had gas, but had a system in place to keep things orderly and efficient. They stationed employees in the lot to route vehicles to pumps, and they used radios to coordinate things. They managed traffic coming to and from SR 54 and US 19 to make sure that nothing backed up and everyone got what they needed quickly. They triumphed in a situation that left other establishments completely paralyzed. The store is always clean, the food is always fresh and I just cant say how impressed I am.

I went into the bathroom. And it was completely filthy. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich. And it was awful. I saw the girl make the sandwich. She took no pride in making it. When she went to cut it in half. She used a serraded knife, but only used it to smash it in half. Avoid this place at all costs. I ended up throwing the sandwich away. I am so disgusted over the whole thing.

They really need more than 1 air pump. Its ridiculous. You have wait about 20min with 3 other cars waiting to use it. The trinity wawa has 2 and dont have to wait that long to get air.

Usually we love the subs. Today not so much. The bread was on the dry side. Usually it is fresh, but not today. We were in around 11am so should not have been yesterdays left over.

Seems like every time I go there theyre out of ice coffee not to mention the mess around the fountain drinks. A good 10 people in line with one register open. The rest of employees are out back smoking or chillin in the office

I went in to this store to buy a milkshake for a friend. I went to the area where they are made and asked about ordering one. Almelda assisted me. Between the 2 of us we got my order completed. She was fantastic. She deserves to be recognized for her help. Very good experience.

I love there subs & hand crafted drinks...plus they are are always running great prices/specials. The store is clean and the employees are very friendly. The only reason I didnt give them 5 🌟 was they took the crab bisque soup off there menu.

Awesome GAS prices

Had been awhile since i went to this licatiom from past ussues...Ordered a specialty drink..noted that the drink did appear like other drinks i had ordered at other wawas...the drink maker was unhelpful and implied i was wrong..poor customer treatment..i hate this store..always gets drinks messed up...and the staff are belligerent...never going back again

Used to love this place, however, too many smokers congregate at entrance and eating areas. Was eating lunch with my daughter, and two unsavory individuals were sitting at one of the tables smoking. There is a sign right on the table. Stopped for coffee this morning, two more dirtbags smoking. Employees smoke right outside the door on the other side of the building. Its 2018 people, smokers should be forced to cross 19.

“Oh you ordered a large cheesecake smoothie instead of a small” * proceeds to just add a bunch more ice...Thanks, so I payed the 2 dollars extra for more ice, which is watered down the whole drink, Thank you for that.

The Wawa is about a half a mile from my house which makes it very convenient I like the food the only issue I have is when Im on my way to work it gets crowded and they only like to work one cash register so theres always a long line... happened several times so I do not go there anymore... dont have time to wait.

If u want food and Victoria is there just leave cause she can’t follow directions at all my sandwich is completely wrong i check the order number it’s my order but she clearly didn’t follow I’ll continue to go over in holiday

Ordered a salad and i guess it take to high of and iq level to put chicken in it thats almost as bad as forgetting to put lettuce in it and they put little to no dressing i got a bowl of pretty much only lettuce don’t recommend this one the one in holiday is much better and only an extra 5 min drive

I am a Wawa fan but when the girl at the register answers her cell phone while checking me out and cursing during her phone call....that warrants a review. Sorry Wawa...but staff like that is where poor customer service happens. I saw her texting while she was checking out the person in front of me...but wow....to take a phone call...yikes! Youth seem to have zero work ethic!

Ever since Wawa came to Florida Ive been hooked. This location is no different. Good food, friendly employees, cheap gas.

With hurricane Irma closing in, they managed traffic in and out of the station. They did an excellent job keeping things in order and made sure everyone was able to get in and out as fast as possible without any complications.

Wawa took a while to grow on me but it has. Good coffee, great variety of food and lots of ready made stuff, i like their breakfast sandwiches. They also have Tesla charge stations out back and places to sit and eat in the front.

I enjoy Wawas no matter where Im at. theres wifi outdoor seating and power outlets. sometimes the crowd will seem out of the ordinary but I enjoy it and it seems like it is growing to be a inexpensive Starbucks.

Im found there between 730 & 11 am. When I want a smoothy, latte, ice coffee I order, but I go talk to the MIX MASTER as I call him to make it my way. Hes always happy to please. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Yes, the bathrooms sometimes are a mess, but they have a lot of workers coming in the morning and trash the baths. Soon after there clean again.

6 out 10 visit the cooler has a lot of holes. At the same time their always two management members there..its not they dont have the product, its just not stock. You can clearly see the product through the holes

Well today i went into wawas try there new brisket sandwich and brisket bowl and it was horrible. Barley any meat and it.tasted old.and salty. It was cold and the.cheese wasnt melted. Nothing i wld get again. Also for the price it wasntvery satisitifing.

Im no longer a Dunkin app coffeholic, Im a Wawa app~er, 3-4 times a DAY, minimum 5 (work) days a week!The product is ALWAYS fresh, coffee bar clean. Most of the team members are great...like, 90% in all of the Tampa Bay stores. Thats no easy task! Try the coffee bar, smoothies & natch, the homemade sandwiches, sides & Siptopoa craft drinks!! I had a gift card paid with receipt and ( by cash) and the night manager Jael proceeded to yell st me in FRONT of other shoppers and told me it was ( my card) in active. She stated there was nothing she could do with a very loud voice telling me she was just the night manager and she couldn’t do anything and to wait until the day shift manager. Seriously? Receipt... card... and it’s not valid?As I left I said “well have a good night” and in a loud harsh and embarrassing tone said YOU TOO!I truly dislike this store especially Jarl and her condescending manner of professionalism which is disgusting!

After trying to find gas for 5 days now because of Hurricane Irma, I found premium gas at WaWa. I have never been to a Wawa before. This was my first visit and I was so impressed with the team that works at that store! As everyone knows, all the gas stations have been hectic trying to find gas and it is just crazy, but NOT AT THIS WAWA!!! They have an employee directing the line with one way in and out. The directing employee was very friendly and helpful, telling you where to go and what lane to pull in to! It was so stress free. Thank you to the staff at WaWa for making these challenging days a lot more bearable! Keep up the great job!
