The positive experience I had with the service department just completely redefined my definition of used car customer service. Jamie went over the top in supporting a couple of issues that I had after I purchased my truck. Excellent communication as well. I just cant speak highly enough about the positive experience that I had with the entire team (very rare these days unfortunately). Will highly recommend.
I love that the Service Department is efficient. It seems like they take the car & actually work on it, not let it & me just sit there. Fortunately, I have only been there 2x but, on each occasion they addressed my concern and answered my questions. I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Steve & Jason. They were both courteous and helpful.

Scheduled appointment online about 1 week in advance. In quick and done in about 3 hours. I wish that for a new vehicle bought here and serviced here, that they would give a free quick exterior wash and interior vacuum.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.They’re absolutely terrible.My vehicle stopped running so I called and spoke to someone and told them my vehicle stopped running I want to get it towed to you. Can you please tell me how much you charge for a diagnostic? The lady responded and said $145. Great!So I called a tow company and got it towed to them. They called me the very next morning with a different price. $440. Mins you I just got it towed to you because of the price that I was told. Now that you realize you can potentially make more money off a vehicle that won’t even start you decide to increase the price?This is not my first bad experience with them but it’ll definitely be my last. I will never deal with this company ever again.

When the AC in your car goes kaput in the summer, its never good. Jason, at Ferman Service, did a great job getting me in for repairs as soon as possible. While parts take a few days to be ordered and delivered (nobodys fault), Jason did all the leg work to ensure things were covered under warranty and repaired properly.Definitely satisfied with this experience.
Cant be more disappointed in my decision to buy my first Ram 1500. Nothing but problems. After the 8th dealer visit (this and Jerry Ulm) and getting it fixed yet again. This time a water pump issue. A 2019 60k truck that is literally falling apart. Dealership has good service but has basically passed the buck to Ram on this 19’ truck that is junk. Not their fault it’s a bad car but now I’m forced to sell my problem to someone else and eat the loss.
Went here for warranty service, Dave my service advisor did excellent job helped me right away and knew what he was doing. Repairs made sure fast and courtesy ride given after . Could not be more happy with service, will be coming back for my business in future thanks ferman
I went into the dealership just to see what my options were and I walked out with a new truck. Frank met me at the door and immediately took care of everything. He answered every question I had and got me exactly what I was looking for. He encouraged me to ask as m any questions as a needed and to make sure to test drive anything before I thought about buying it. He made the whole process seamless and I recommend anyone ask for Frank when they go here if they are looking for an honest and up-front salesman who will not steer you wrong.
We spent some time up there picking out a vehicle we have two small children so we had to work around that when we went back up there to purchase the vehicle that we had chose they did not try to work with us at all on the price even though I saw the same exact vehicle for $6,000 less all because they saw our car purchase history and we had not purchased a bunch of cars its sad how people judge you even though we have excellent payment history

If you have a 9:30 appointment dont expect to get in at 9:30 could be a couple of hours. But they are very good at finding the problem. I would recommend them just bring your Patience
I worked with Steve in the service department. He was great. Appointment times were on time and they got me in and out of the service department as quickly as possible. I was kept updated and when my part came in, they got me in as quickly as possible to get the part installed.
My service advisor Steve kept me inform and up to date with emails, texting and phone calls during a tougher than usual repair. I wish it was cheaper, but that goes without saying. I will definitely return to Ferman in the future.
Scheduled some routine maintenance and another thing or two for my ‘18 Ram 3500… Service writer Steve did a great job setting me up ahead of time, over the phone. I called in advance about a particular vehicle and verified they had it in stock. Peter, a jovial but candid soul answered my call and informed that the vehicle was available and there was no ADM markup as many other dealers seem to be leveraging. I arrived 2 hours later with my motorcycle and truck ready for some bargaining. We test drove the vehicle; Peter explained everything. When he did not know an answer, he did not lie or blow smoke up my you know what; he paused to get the answer. Very refreshing nowadays. Thank you, Pete!I was not the most polite individual. I was not overt via language, but my body language and tone expressed what I needed to convey my displeasure due to my assessment of their offer, my research, and my expectations. This is a testament to their professionalism. Their ability to navigate the situation back into my comfort of understanding never wavered. A lessor crew would have simply said Sorry we are too far apart, and we will just sell it to someone else.Eric who handled the contracts and warranties, met all my needs but after reviewing the contracts and costs I had many questions, curiosities, and straight up confusion. I went back days later thinking possibly I had Been Had. Though I went in with a more stoic approach, Eric with the same level of professionalism calmly and expertly explained in detail EVERY single question I had exceeding my expectations by large margin.Pete consistently followed up with me, answered details about my purchase, followed up on post sale concerns such as rebates, funding returns, etc. He is very thorough. In fact, their entire staff was very warm and inviting.This is my second vehicle I bought from this dealership. The first time was pleasant. This last visit was even better. DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE!!! If you own a diesel do not bring you’re vehicle here. I wouldn’t bring any vehicle here for that matter either! This place is atrocious. Lying dishonest unprofessional undertrained hacks. They make up excuses and do not stand behind their poor work. Can not diagnose obvious issues and just want to throw parts at things hoping it fixes issues with no regard for facts and logic. They will try tell you you need thousands of dollars in parts with out any idea if that’s even the problem.They lost my key and a part they installed began leaking oil a few months later. When I brought the vehicle back things went from bad to worse. Service advisor threw paperwork at me and Told me “ I should f@&cking fix it myself”Service manager Mike, is incompetent and unprofessional. Also a liar. I contacted ram customer care, explained what happened and the first thing they tell me is how they have received a lot of complaints about this place. When FCA/mopar followed up with mike about the incident, he lied about what happened. Made up excuses and failed at his job. Facts and information provided from Mopar service records were disregarded.

Service men are always polite and take care of us! Only thing I would say is there needs to be a better service schedule. I took my truck in for an oil change at 9am, I had an appointment, but it took nearly two hours. Luckily I didnt have anything else to do at the time.
I have to convince the dealership of every repair. I told them that my van had trouble starting. They said it was fine. But, when it rained, the van would just click, instead of trying to turn over. So they finally replaced the starter for me...and now I have no issues. I told them that there is an ECM problem and that I want the ECM to have a software flash. They still have not done that. Now, just a day after getting my van back, the cruise control will not turn on again. I told them that I dont want the van back until it is fixed. Big mistake, they kept the van for two weeks. Most of the stuff works, but I still have no cruise control. They told me that the cruise control was shutting off because of an ABS module. We replaced the module, cleared the background error codes, and the cruise control worked for 1 day. The Tires Choice told me about a background error code. They said they cleared the code and the cruise control worked. Whatever event triggers that error code kills the cruise control. They suggested the software flash, but the dealership keeps telling me that isnt it. Well, if that isnt it, then why, after about three tries have you been unable to fix the cruise control? The manufacturer must not think that the code is a big deal because the check engine light does not come on. I just wish someone would actually diagnose this issue and fix the electrical/ECM issues once and for all.

We bought a 2018 Subaru Outback at Ferman NPR last weekend and we were very happy with the experience! The staff was very warm and welcoming, and particularly accommodating of our one-year-old who wanted to run around the dealership instead of sit still to go through all the paperwork. All the staff were so kind to him, and pitched in to help entertain him while we went through the long process of car buying. We also appreciated everything was as expedited as it can be when buying a car - we knew what we wanted before we got to the dealership, and they had it out and waiting for us to look at and test drive right away. We also appreciated being able to test drive the car alone as a family to be more COVID-safe, that was particularly great!! We are very happy with our purchase and plan to return to a Ferman dealership for any future car purchases!

I have been waiting almost 1onth for replacement parts for my motor mount. Now Im afraid the longer I wait will effect the other motor mount brackets and cause problems later. Spoke to rep in part department and I was told unless they break its a too bad situation. I feel that once I bought the vehicle,the customer service and satisfaction has greatly declined

Had my JEEP Wrangler in for service...Steve was great...explained everything clearly, gave me a realustic time frame since part had to be ordered (2006 Wrangler) a work was completed quicker than expected. I was able to shop online and buy the car without having to step into a dealership. Ferman delivered the car to my house for a test drive and we were able to finalize the deal right then. They were good on the follow up as well to help me retrieve a spare key that wasnt with the car when delivered. I would definitely work with them again.

I was very pleased with the service I received when coming in to purchase a new vehicle. I had started my search online to minimize the time at the dealership. I happened to come across a particular SUV at this location. I called ahead of time asked a few questions and decided to head up and take a look at it. I took a test drive and was immediately sold after that. I feel like everyone there went above and beyond to make it happen. What I loved most about the whole thing was they did not try and talk me into something else more expensive or brand new, unlike other dealerships I have been to in the past.
We bought our 2014 Ford Escape here, the staff was great last March! However fast forward to our first service in December which we thought was great, we had a recall and was recommended to take it to Ford. So when my wife takes it to Ford and it’s recommended that we have $1500 in immediate repairs done, service that they say have been long over due and a safety concern. So I called our service department here at Ferman Chrysler left 3 messages and still no call back 4 days later. Highly disappointed and about ready to take our business else where.
I am not good with names. Sales person and loan officer did excellent job in getting what I wanted. They explained how to use the uconnect system and all other apps on my phone. 2 weeks ago took my Charger for oil changes. Prices are very competitive the service advisor and mechanic very friendly and was excellent service.

Best dealership atmosphere I have ever been in. The salesperson was incredible in every aspect. Had a great knowledge of the vehicle I purchased, the moment I gave a stock number he had the keys in hand and ready for my test drive for when I arrived after my two hour drive to see the vehicle. Before I even reached the Gladiator he was already outside and knew who I was and what I was there for. I have already recommended this dealership and to friends and family members and I will continue to do so.
Scheduled oil change and it took 2 hour (Ok, fair enough with Covid may be short staffed), get in Truck to leave and check engine light is on, turned truck off went to talk with Service manager and first question was it on when you brought it in ? No. Quickly came back noted MAF sensor wasnt plugged back in (why do you unplug MAF sensor for an oil change)? Leave the dealer go home and there are three oil puddles on my driveway - it looks like they spilled 2 quarts of oil down the side of the motor (didnt appear to leaking from filter or drain plug). Next day put wood under car to not ruin driveway and more puddles so took it back and they put on rack noted it was spilled oil and they cleaned it up out of frame rails. Nope, still dripping - will give it a few more days and if still leaking will take it somewhere else to see what was messed up. Now i get why MAF sensor unplugged - to clean up the oil.Wont be bringing my truck back here for service.

Would not do TSB # 02-003-19 without $150 diagnosis fee, even with video proof of the issue and the TSB clearly stating “If the customer describes the symptom/condition listed above, perform the Inspection Procedure” had a good experience here until now.EDIT* Dealer replies below with generic response, dont let that fool you, its meaningless, they wont do anything to change your experience.

Great SUV the best car Ive had ever owned. Its got allot of great safety features which warns you in all directions if you about to hit someone. Also Ican link my I-phone to the screen. And use the direction finder from the carscurrent screen. The leather seats and the car is very roomy is another great feature.

UPDATE - OCTOBER 4:On Monday September 28 I went to pick my car up, and they said the problem with the wind coming through the windows is “normal”, they replaced the battery in a brand new car, and they don’t changed the breaks.On Thursday October 1, I received an email with a “recommended service for $328” for the tires of my Jeep, they know about that since the inspection on Monday October 21. I can’t understand why they didn’t fixed that problem too when I leave my car there on Friday September 25. I’M PAYING A EXTENDED WARRANTY TIRE SERVICE and it cover that.TODAY, OCTOBER 4 my car are showing me a SERVICE ENGINE message (Picture 2)!!! 😡 my breaks are still with a LOUD SOUND, the wind are still coming through the windows, causing dizziness to me.... So, What did they do less than a week ago with my car? they supposedly gave it back to me with everything working.To be honest, I’m tired of been trying to fixed all the problems with my BRAND NEW JEEP. Even with JEEP warranty and another extended warranty for ENGINE AND TIRES.They play with my time and my money. This is unacceptable and disrespectful for anyone. I live 1 hour away and I cant be taking my car to service every week.—————————————-I bought a brand new Jeep Compass 2019 and My car has been into the service department multiple times because it has a weird sound in the engine and there is lot of wind coming thru the windows. I haven’t received any solution, that problem is “normal” is what the service department always said, also that’s what they wrote in all the inspection statement they have given to me. On Monday 21 September, I went for my regular oil change and to check my breaks because they have a sound that’s not normal, it looks like the brake band is worn, They didn’t change my brakes because that sound is “ok”🤯. I also asked them to check the same problem with the engine and with the windows. They only said that’s normal and everything was ok. They did a point inspection to my car and it was “ok” as they told me. I also did a drive test on Monday in their field by driving another car same as mine and it didn’t have the same sound in the engine, and there were no wind coming in through the windows like mine.On September 24 I was working and when I tried to start my car, it did not start, it also show me a message that it needs TRANSMISSION SERVICE (picture 1) and something with the coolant. It happened 3 days after my maintenance. so I don’t know what kind of revision they did with my car. The same day in the afternoon I left my car at the service department and they were supposed to call me back next day morning to talk about what happened with my car, I asked them for a car while mine was there the same day, but they said that’s impossible, they need to check mine first and then call me on Friday morning with any “solution”. They rent me a car on Friday, September 25 while mine was there in the service.

They were the only dealership to have a colorful Jeep Cherokee. Everyone else had only gray, silver and black. They were quite nice and my saleswoman wore a mask the whole time. The same cant be said of other people there. Overall, a great experience.

When we dropped our van off for issue with a stalling problem. You had our vehicle for 17 days.within the first few days of them test driving the vehicle they were able to duplicate the problem once. I was then told that the tech was driving my vehicle very harshly and that they found 3 broken motor mounts. While they were replacing the motor mounts they broke, they then said they broke the oil pan so had to replace that. When the vehicle was done, The service writer then delivered the vehicle to my wife with the exhaust manifold not attached correctly so it was making a loud noise. She brought the van right back again to fix that. When I got home from work to check out the car I then found a rat nest on the intake manifold with wires chewed as well as the battery surround tore up. The mechanics idea of fixing the issue is just put electrical tape on the wires. I am not blaming the service writer for any of this but I will put blame on the tech that was rude as well as how I was treated by the acting manager. My wife stated she will come to you for oil changes but will not be bringing the vehicle back to you for any kind of repairs or maintenance.
Incompetent, confused, and lazy service. I made an appointment for new tires, waiting 2 weeks due to the need for a Saturday appointment. I arrived at 8 AM to find the service department just opening and my service manager Courtney Deason, being informed, was running late that morning. I decided to wait, and in the meantime another person tried to help me. I was told that my tires were not in, even though I had made this appointment and confirmed it with Courtney 1 weeks earlier. In addition, the person helping me mentioned that the tires could be there (?), and that he would check. He came back and said another service person told him they could get the tires, and quoted me a price approximately $200 more than I was quoted, even though I had confirmed the price a week earlier. I decided to leave and call the service manager responsible for my appointment later that day to clarify the confusion.I called later that day 5 times, only to be placed on long holds, one dropped call, and one call taken after a transfer to Ferman BMW, rather than Ferman Dodge.Im not in the habit of posting negative reviews, understanding that stuff happens and communication will handle situations. However, after failing to get through with calls, misquoted pricing and not receiving a call from my service manager responsible for the appointment, this review has been submitted. Obviously I will not be going there anymore for service on my vehicle or purchasing any new vehicles in the future.

They do a good job but having an appointment and still taking 4 hours to replace batteries is dissapointing.
From the moment we walked in the front door the experience was top notch. Our sales representative was kind, courteous and offered no hint of pressure, the finance representative went above and beyond to make things work. Both stayed well after closing to get all the paper work done for us to take the new truck home that night.

Horrible customer service. Had an appointment and Tiffany told me that the cars i was interested to see were there. She lie to me. The cars were not there. The sale guy Michael did not have a clue i was coming. Also he had no energy or interest in selling cars. Bad place. No customer service whatsoever. No star earned.
