ALLEN! Love this guy! Straight forward, family guy, sincere and great prices! I went in discouraged from Julians telling me they could get me in a car knowing I only could afford a certain amount tried conning me by going almost 100 over my budget, walked away. Went to Allen and not only did he get in touch with their same bank cause he knew them but got me in a better car in my budget! Also my son got a treat for his good behavior! Highly recommend!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! Car I bought has nothing but problems! First car needed new starter than it started skipping gears took up to AAMCO THEY SAID IT NEEDED A WHOLE NEW TRANSMISSION! Extra &3,000! Do not shop at pasco auto mart! Al is not a good person to deal with! They need to be out of business! Get the word out!

Allen Kimball was straight forward and honest in what kind of car I could get for the money. He helped me get my payments where I could afford them. I drove all the way back to Nebraska in a nice car that I can depend on and be proud to drive. I will definitely keep going back to Pasco Auto Mart and Al!

The service and attention to detail was above and beyond what my fiance and I expected. The car was cleaned and detailed upon pickup. Customer service was exceptional. The people were friendly and when we go to make our payments we are always met with a smile. They have a great team of people. We are in the process of purchasing our second vehicle presently... We went automatically to them, never even thought of shopping elsewhere....

Called him the day before to get financed, didn’t return our calls to see if we got financed, no answer then we drive all the way there 1hr and 10mins from our home just to find out he sold it. Don’t recommend at all.

ALL of their cars breakdown!!! They do not care if youve had the car for two days they will not put you into another vehicle!!! They lie upfront just to make a sale especially the main guy AL! Do not trust this please Im saving you time and a whole lot of money. Claims to have a mechanic but he doesnt know what hes talking about either. They dont care about the loyalty of customers, they know about issues with the vehicle upfront and will not tell you. I repeat do not trust them.

Always do a car fax! I bought from them only to realize a month later that they messed with the odometer and the car had way more miles than it said originally. I got the DMV involved and I got my money back but they were douche bags, shouldn’t expect anything less though from crooks and thieves. Stay far away!

Guy was pretty nice but not too knowledgable about issues with the cars. Engine light on but had no idea why. next vehicle sounded like metal on metal with brakes. Left and went elsewhere

Pasco auto mart sells unsafe vehicles stay clear of them check engine light came on the next day

If I could give them 0 stars I would.First off, the price they actually sold the car for on the filed paper work was higher than the initial sticker price on the window in which I found it for.... 1000$ higher.I am beyond baffled with my experience. My initial experience was okay. Alan who sold me the car seemed super friendly and got us financed pretty fast. I was impressed and going to leave a great review until I only had my car a week and things started going wrong. I had multiple of mechanics inspect my car and each told me someone purposely tried hiding all the faults with it, someone bypassed the check engine light, it had been in a front-end accident and the in-house mechanic at Pasco Auto Mart fixed the Cosmetic problems... and not internal problems. theres a hole in the radiator, the compressor failed, etc.But because I got the warranty with the car, I thought hey its a used car and theres bound to be stuff wrong with it when you buy a used car.... luckily my warranty will fix it.. or so I thought.Pasco Auto Mart is not certified to sell warranties!!!!!!my warranty is invalid until they decide to obtain a license to sell warranties...These people are very deceiving and they dont care what kind of car they sell you.I have had my car for one month and I had to put over $700 into it out of pocket and now I have a bill of $1,500 that my warranty is suppose to cover but will not cover because Pasco Auto Mart lied and deceived me. These people are NOT TRUSTWORTHY, NOT HONEST. The only thing they care about is selling crappy cars and you not finding out until its too late.If anyone else has gotten the gwc warranty through Pasco Auto Mart it is invalid and I would suggest calling them up or calling your warranty up and figuring a way to fix/battle this.I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN AND IF ANYONE EVER ASKS I WILL TELL THEM TO STEER CLEAR OF PASCO AUTO MART.

I don’t even know where to start besides just stay away. Took a decent Buick Rendezvous out for a test drive and it was pretty great... however as soon as I drove it off the lot the check engine light had come on, and stalled in the middle of 19 thankfully no cars were coming at me! Come to find out it had a code stored for the transmission and several other issues hidden by the dealer. I emailed and called several times about it and all they were worried about was getting the title for my trade in instead of trying to figure out how to help. Oh another thing the belt was so dry rotted it broke while driving, brakes were almost to the catastrophic failure. According to multiple shops it shouldn’t have even been on the lot to be sold. So buyers beware and make sure you thoroughly check out a vehicle from this dealer before you buy it.

All cars seem to be under $6000 which is good for someone looking for a cheap used car. Tires seem to be in better condition than other places I went to today. I did not purchase a car because the PT Cruiser I was looking at said $3999 but online said $2999 and all because of income tax Im sure.

Cars like nice until you look closer. Lots is oil leaks. The one car I drove was hesitant and knocking like a carnival ride, but sounded and looked good while parked.

I Got A Great Trade In Price And A Great Buy On My Mustang GT. When I Bought The Car He Said, He Would Pay For The Gage That Was Acting Up And He Did. I Had A Great Experiencing And Would Recommend Pasco Auto To Anyone That Sees A Car They Like.I Love My Car!

Apparently this dealership does so much business they can pick and choose their customers. I have been in contact with this dealership or several days, all but begging to find out the status of a credit app they said I didnt even need! Needless to say I tried via email and phone to reach them and the responses have now stopped. Luckily there are other small lots that want my money. :)
