I just want to say that Louis is a wonderful assistant manager, but the store manager Matthew or Matt for short, is a not a great manager. He is no help and no help to his employees. Everyone there is wonderful and very helpful except him. Will not recommend to anyone.

Jessica in the store was absolutely amazing!! She welcomed us when we walked in and took fantastic care of us. Great customer service. She took her time with us switching from another carrier.

Luis was friendly, helpful and quick getting my new phone set up.

My wifes phone had locked, next door is a fix it shop, Nat said it was a motherboard problem(phone was 1 day old) he explained the problem to Melanie and she called Samsung with the problem. They were no help at all. After an hour on the phone she replaced the defective phone. Very nice and excellent service from her. I would give her 10 stars if allowed.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Lee at this location and he went above and beyond to make my transition from another provider as easy as possible. He was patient and took his time to explain things in a manner in which I would understand and I left feeling very confident in my decision to switch to T Mobile.

The young black gentleman was terrific! He explained everything to me in language I could understand & what I need to do in the future to avoid my issues Kudos!

Apparently if youre a Sprint customer then you cant be helped by T-Mobile. Neither of the reps had name tags or masks on. I went to the store because my sister is upgrading her phone. The rep was advised that the current lease was paid off. He stated that he was not able to get into her account and aside from opening a ticket he didnt offer any other help. He wouldnt call customer service and the reasoning being given is that there are 2 different systems. As a customer I dont want to hear that. T-mobile and Sprint are now one company so your job is to help me not give me cop out excuses. If you dont want to work then you shouldnt be there. Driving back to the original store I went which is out of out of my way but they are willing to help and actually want to work.

All the Deals for free phones is a scam. The low priced Plans are a scam. If you tell them you were trying to move over from Sprint they will give you absolutely nothing

Melanie and the team at the T-Mobil are a great group of people Very. Very friendly and helpful amd They actually care about helping people. They definitely make your cell phone buying experience a good one.

Went in today to switch phones to an old one that belongs to my parent. The two men working there called me ungrateful. I didnt say anything to these men to make them say this, I was waiting for my stuff to transfer to my new phone.

Horrible customer service. I went to tmobile early today waited 50 minutes. Just to be told I have to call 611 to handle my issue. I called 611 and they said i need to purchase a sim card before I can tranfer responsibility. From post paid to pre pay. I goto this tmobile again I wait an additional 40 minutes. This location has no bathroom for customers btw. So I had to purchase a coffee nextdoor just to use the bathroom as im diabetic. After waiting all that time on my second trip to this location today you guys tell me you cant help me i have to call customer service again! I ak furious. You guys are pawning your responsibility onto people in the Philippines somewhere instead of gettin on the phone with 611 and handling the problem together. What a joke screw you you lost a 10 year plus customer. And you deserved the frustration I gave with you incompetence. Bye felicia

Beware of scams here! These people told my mother that they were exchanging the phone under a warranty. Instead, they sold her a new phone! She had NO IDEA that she was buying a new phone and now T-Mobile wont fix the installment plan that she is under. I am furious that they took advantage of almost an 80 year old woman. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

In addition to Clayton, Marisa, Stuart, and Melinda were most helpful! Excellent Customer Service was provided to my family with transferring 5 lines, and obtaining 3 new phones!!! Great Discount for VETERANS!!! Thank you so very much for helping us to save over $100 a month, and we now have unlimited data!!!!!

I prefer going to this location over the others in the area, I actually drive past 2 locations to go to this one. I deal with the associate named David, he is very friendly and helpful. He will let you know of any deals they currently have and find ways to make your bill cheaper and your visit to the store an easygoing experience. Ive been a customer with tmobile for several years and dont see myself leaving them anytime soon.

Went into this location last Sunday for help setting up my new phone and the staff was excellent. Young lady, Brooke was very help full and David was also there to help. Both did a great job setting up my phone. Will continue to use this location for any other needs. Best in area.

I not only found what I was looking for, but it was on sale! The customer service person was courteous and knowledgeable of the products and knew exactly what to offer me to resolve my issue. I would suggest this company and this office to any of my friends or family members.

David was as always on point got me out the door with what I needed in spite of the fact that it was 5 till 8:00 and we could barely hear each other over the three women and two kids none of whom knew how to act in public. Those guys had to be saints to deal with that noisy disrespectful group.They kept their cool and I dont know how.

I give 5 stars because all of the service people have bent over backwards whenever Ive had device issues, problems or upgrades. They even gave me over $500 in credit off my bill and allowed me to keep my S7 Edge which I sold for $450 making my new S8+ Freer than Free... Love T-Mobil

Sales rep Michael very patient and knowledgeable he makes it easy to understand what is going on.

Horrible customer service. I waited 25 minutes on Saturday. I went back on Tuesday and waited 20 minutes and finally left. It was as I had my hand on the door knob that someone who had been starring at me said, I will be right with you. I said that it was too late and I went somewhere else. There were three people working and only one customer in the store. This isnt they way I do business and neither should you!

I think his name was Stewart or something. But he laughed at a client and said that the tmobile store is not affiliated with their customer care center. So unprofessional and he acted like he hated his job. Will not be continuing my services with them. Its not right for a someone to mock a client and tmobile itself. He said he doesnt work for them but his company does.
