I recently moved into the area and was a first-time shopper today. I was impressed with the friendly, helpful staff & clean store. While I wont do all of my regular grocery shopping there, Ill definitely be back to save money & look for those awesome $1 Dollar General deals.

This place is great a dollar general on steroids.

This dollar general is always well stocked and employees are friendly with the exception of one. He is friendly but in a very snarky way. I told him my items are on sale. He said No! They are not! I said I think they are. He then yelled for the manager who was very nice and apologetic. Apparently one item I had was not on sale which was not completing the deal for the rest to show the sale price. When I adjusted my items to meet the sale restrictions he explained it to the cashier who responded, yeah I knew that was the problem. What?!?!

Dollar General would be a better place to shop if I could access the digital coupons. I mean every Dollar General Ive been to here in Florida. I cannot pull up your app which is loaded on my phone. Im told in every store ah we dont get very good signal in this store. Every store????????

OMG, We need several of these in Jacksonville, FL. I couldnt believe that it was an actual Super Market. The fruit and veggies were oh soo fresh.TheseDOLLAR GENERAL MARKETS would be very convenient and affordable in the Senior Citizens Communities, Jacksonville, FL, especially in zip code areas 32208 and 32209.

Although theyre a great store, they did not have the two main products that I went there for... acorn squash in their produce section, and salted/sweetened butter sticks in a 4 pack. I had to settle for unsalted/sweetened.

We enyoy all the bargains in the storeGood supply of food products and housesupplies .

I love Dollar General Market. The prices are reasonable, the employees are very nice and willing to help if you cant find something. I wish they had more of them. Like one in Hernando County where I live, but when Im down in Pasco, I always stop there to get some of my groceries.

Todays visit went very well. All the associates were friendly and knowledgeable. My last visit was so horrible I ended up walking out and not getting what I had already shopped for. The cashier was extremely rude and refused to call the manager when I asked her too. So today Ill only rate you with 2 stars and thats because I really like the store but that cashier needs to go.

Most employees had masks one. During these uncertain times, this made me feel a little safer. The store was clean, and well stocked. Not too many folks were inside, and all seemed respectful of each other’s space. I don’t recall if lines were on the floor, showing six feet distancing, at the cashier stations. When I first walked in, people were bunched together at the register, waiting to be rung up. Didn’t bode well. But when it was my time, I kept 6 feet back, and the gentleman behind me did the same. He wasn’t wearing a mask, but the customer in front of me was wearing one, & I was wearing one, too. These are tough times, yet my cashier was friendly, helpful, and was wearing his mask. I could tell he was smiling, even if I could not see his smile. Outside, a masked employee was wrangling carts. Good job, Sir!

Amazing deals and great prices!! My favorite person that worked there was Rosie White but she left in March 2019 and I don’t blame her!! She is hard worker and wish they would bring her back always there to help and no matter what she would find what you needed or she would find out when it would be in!! Great key holder and did what she had to plus more!! Bring back our Rosie our family has quite shopping here do to her not working there anymore!! Yes this is her account but this is her best friend Mary writing this because she took pride in her work and that is what this store needs!!

Dollar general market has a full line of groceries great prices this particular stores very nice clean and lots of room give my cahoots to whoever manages the store, Ialways a good experience at this location.

This place can beat Walmart on price on specific things and still get your odds and ends (milk, framed picture, salsa, socks) without those dreaded Walmart lines. A smaller, quicker, way to get what you need without a headache.

This Dollar General has the best selection of products I’ve seen for a dollar store. My girlfriend was even impressed with their beauty section. Anytime I go it’s relatively quiet, never crowded and the workers are always kind and efficient.

This is the Mrs. I go every Saturday to get the weekly deals and have been since they first opened. The manager, Jen, and all the employees are the best. The $5.00 coupon certainly helps, too. I highly recommend the Dollar General Market.

It’s a great place to pick up stuff you need that you need and not wait in long line. They have a nice neat clean place. The people are always happy to help you and are great. They may not have all the major brands but they have everything you need.

This store has more items than a standard Dollar General store. They have a larger grocery area as well. The prices are ok for the most part.

The place is well organized. Some staff are really nice and ery friendly but others are no way close to that.

Got great prices on bread canned goods and non-perishables... Their vegetables and fruits Orlando on the old side I wouldnt recommend a lot of their meats except for their beef logs a sink pretty good quality good prices on lunch meats so does coffee and other items do you want to save a few bucks good place to go better than walking through the madness of Walmart...

I had never set foot in a Dollar General Market until last Saturday. I stopped in to purchase toilet paper and walked out with $67 in groceries. They were having a sale on bulk ground chuck (in fluff packs), but they were out. As they dont offer rain checks, I thought I was out of luck, but the manager offered to let me purchase it on Tuesday morning (after the sale ended) when the truck came in. I agreed and finished my shopping. As I was checking out, he came up to me and said, I realized that we have ground chuck patties available. Would you like to take a couple of those instead? Ill mark them down to the same price as the bulk ground chuck. I jumped on that and was able to purchase the meat I needed at an excellent price.Manager, Rick, provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful! Dont go in there expecting to see the selection of a Winn-Dixie.*Its a Dollar General with an extended grocery section.*But they provide excellent customer service. The eggs are always reasonably priced and its a great place to get staple grocery items.

I took my neighbor here. They were one of the only stores around who had both bread and water. (Due to Hurricane Dorian) The employeea were very nice even though some of the patrons werent! Good management.

The store was under supplied and staffed. Couldnt find some of the advertised items and had difficulty finding help. The dog food isle was blocked by an employee stocking it and she acted as if we were in her way. Store wasnt very clean either. The cashier was the only bright spot. She was very friendly and apologetic. Will use this store again but mostly because it is the only Dollar General Market in our area. Too bad. Id like more choices.

First time there smaller selection but they had everything I was looking for. Great when you dont want to walk across a huge store for one item. Some things are Priced better than walmart. They even had cute plus size clothes. Ill be going back.

This is a large Dollar General, hence the addition of market at the end, and it does well with the space it has. Sort of like a mini Walmart. Pretty much a one stop shop for all your home needs. From fresh fruits, veggies, bread and Frozen foods to home decor and random doodads and gifts. Pricing is really reasonable and you have the option of store brand or reputable name brands, both at good prices. The store help is lacking but it makes shopping for various items quick and painless, especially if you want to avoid a long line such as your local supermarket or Walmart may have during peak hours.

I love this place but when I went last time it looked like their prices went up. Some stuff was cheaper at Wal-Mart. 😞

Always an amazing place to shop for a budget. They do not have as much as walmart. But they are the perfect size for my 3 person family. There is a food section and shelf stable section, fruit and veggies. Books movies, toiletries, kitty litter and food, for dogs as well. A small clothing section, with some socks and pants maybe a shirt or two. Some shoes, feminine hygine products, nail and hair care. Great place to shop.

I have never seen or been to a Dollar General Market. I kept an open mind and I was pleasantly surprised. I had anticipated out dated products but not so. Even fruits and vegetables looked good. Prices were below local markets. Ill go back.

Very friendly people always eager to help. And they do have a good variety of stuff in the store. I absolutely love their essential oils candles. Theyre five bucks each and theyre wonderful.

WOW this place is awesome!! Not what you’ve come to expect of a dollar store at all! Clean store, decent produce and food stuffs, and the price is right on a lot of items!! Once in a while I find something that’s not the best deal, but it’s few and far between. We always go here instead of WalMart for quick shopping now.

Everything was great I love this place. Is this cashier I think his name is Bob, can be at time improper with customers. Making unnecessary comments of customers with others customers. Everyone else are nice and friendly.

Best oranges in town at the best price. Richard is wonderful and always trying to help get you a great deal. He keeps his cool with some challenging customers and is always in a good mood. He deserves a raise!

The BEST thing about this store is that a gallon of milk is ALWAYS $2.35.They have a few $1 items & lots of plastic storage containers to choose from. Other than that, too many things are a little more expensive than Wal-Mart. This place is always clean & organized.
