The word around town is that the customer service at this location is great. I was not disappointed!. Actually my experience at AT&T in NewProvidence went far beyond my expectations. CHRIS who has been there for sometime and NICHOLAS who is fairly new, were very professional, knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. I am a newcomer to the I phone and AT&T service and they helped to make the transition as quick and smooth as possible. I feel confident going back with any questions or problems. They are a great asset to this town’s business.

Went yesterday to find cost of new phone girl didn’t mention every single cost and only mentioned all of it when i came with my parents a 2 time. makes a false reality and waste of time

The Manager refused to talk with me directly and left me to an associate. The associate refused to help resolve billing issue and told me to call 611 instead of seeing it through directly while I was standing in front of her. Thanks for turning more of us to loyal Verizon and Sprint customers.

Came in really angry with issue of stolen phone, used data, and overage fees. All of the staff were incredible! They went above and beyond to find a creative solution and were pleasant the whole time, despite me being initially very upset. They far exceeded my expectations!

I am not great with computers or phones. However, when just by chance I went into the New Providence AT&T store ALL of my phone concerns were completely taken care of the FIRST time! Then later, I had lost my phone and again they had professionally handled all of my issues smoothly. ( With very little work on my side.)It was such a pleasure to walk into the store and be greeted with friendly and helpful sales people. (Especially Schad Falaise) who knows what he is doing and doesnt waste your time.I highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a phone ( which I did) or need help with your phone GO TO the NEW PROVIDENCE At&t store.Susan E.
