Been here a couple of times in the last few months. Melissa seems to work here all of the time. She can juggle so many customers at a time, it’s amazing. Never gets flustered, and knows all that needs to be done, like it’s nothing. I own a business, and wish I had many Melissa’s to work for me!
Entered Wireless One in New Providence, NJ with a clear knowing of what I wanted to purchase (new iPhone 12, from 8 Plus). Store associates happily greeted me - Issac patiently proceeded with my needs. He discussed all payment options with me; even suggested ways to save a few dollars on the final purchase - he did not try to upsell products. He transferred data, apps, etc. in a timely manner. Overall, I had a stress-free experience which greatly comforts me and my cellular demands. Excellent.
I just bought a new phone at the Wireless Verizon store at the corner of Springfield Ave and South Street in New Providence. I had a fantastic experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The transfer of information from my old phone to my new phone was completed in record time, along with all the paperwork. They answered all my questions and even came out to the car to connect the new phone to my hum device. I highly recommend them.
I had a great experience with Isaac when buying our new apple iphone 12s. Isaac was helpful, patient, and kind in answering all of our questions. We highly recommend this Verizon store!
We have stores in new jersey and nyc. we have an employee who was fired for stealing he is putting bad reviews we will take action against him for doing this we have customers who love us and 95% our customers are from neighborhood we always take care of customers and help them in anyway.thanks for being our customers, any our customers please put good reviews. you folks know thanks
Very dishonest store. Stayed on a call with Verizon for almost 3 hours to figure out all the features they added to my account without my consent just so they can make extra commission out of me. Please investigate this location things are not done the right way here.
Ifixyourcell in BH recommended me to come here, they sold my elderly dad a tablet saying “it is free and wont cost anymore on the monthly bill” ended up costing my dad $375 to terminate the line and pay for the iPad this is not right.... SCAMMERS
Updated to 4 stars - as another person at the store did the right thing by us.Trusted this place for 5+ years. They have been very helpful many times and we bought many phones - until yesterday. They sold my wife and mother-in-law a $385 phone for $910 + added $17 protection service without asking. Completely destroyed trust - it wasn’t a mistake - because they know they sold a very old mode phone for 3x the price.Will update the review - if they do the right thing tomorrow and provide an explanation.
The person in this location is not very helpful. I tried to get some information as much as I can but I can say it was interrogation instead of conversation. My current situation was to switch from T mobile for my kid and for myself and add a new line to my younger kid.
Terrible experience tried to sell me a 1 year old phone for over $200 when on Verizons website it was not even that much, not trustworthy at all

Mike has helped me out with four different phones. He finally convinced me to get a smartphone and sat down with me for over 30 minutes so I could learn how to use it. He was very patient and great to work with

Isaac was amazingly helpful. I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Apple locked out of my phone. It was dead and useless. Isaac patiently problem solved with me and fixed my issue. Saved me so much heartache and stress so thankful
By far the easiest experience Ive had at a Verizon. We couldnt fix my old phone but Mike went over the promotions for me and got me the best deal. He moved everything from my old phone over and made sure I knew how to operate my new one
Great experience. Mike does a wonderful job and making us feel safe. They only allowed 2 customers at the desks at once. He gave us gloves to sign the iPad and hand sanitizer and masks were available. He was great to work with, both my wife and I purchased phones from him

Used to go to the Short Hills Mall Verizon store but this is so much more convenient! If you call ahead for an appointment they will do their best to make sure someone is available at that time to see you. Staff is very friendly as well.

I have been to this store several times now and am always impressed with the professional manner of the employees. I hardly ever wait for service. I have been to many other branches and am always disappointed in the amount of time I have to spend there and knowledge level of the employees. At this store, everybody knows their stuff and that results in a faster and better experience. Highly recommend.
I went to this store in desperate need of a new phone. Maroof assisted me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what phone would best suit my needs. At no point did I feel pressured into buying something that I didnt want/need. I had been putting off this errand for months because I was afraid of pushy salesmen. That didnt happen at all,a I am very pleased with my new phone!

My daughter and I visited this local business to investigate purchasing a new phone for her since she was eligible for an upgrade. The salesman in the store were very nice and helpful, and we were in and out in no time. I would definitely consider going there again when I am due for my own phone upgrade in the Fall.

Ive been going to this Verizon store for about two years. I have had extremely good service from one of the staff, first name Thomas.I really cant say enough about how great he is to the customers, and also how beyond competent he is. Even when Ive tried with other employees to resolve a problem, without success, I come back when Thomas is there and he realizes something the other employees and myself overlooked, and he comes up with a great solution!I give Thomas 5 stars! If I could Id give him 10!

Terrible experience with this store very dishonest, charged me $40 activation fee for upgrading my phone, was told by Verizon customer service that activation fee should only be charged when adding another line. They also added $13 a month on to my bill for insurance which I never authorized furthermore he offered me a $15 screensaver in exchange for the trade in of my old phone!!!! I declined, he later decided to offer me $60 for it, I declined at which point he started to get a bit irate and asked why I didnt want to turn it in (the truth is something in the back of my head kept telling me dont trust this person) you have been warned!
If you enjoy DISHONEST salespeople and PAYING PREMIUMS for your phone / phone accessories this is the place for you!!DO NOT be fooled by the Verizon name on the door, this is a completely independent operation that MISREPRESENTS their pricing and has TERRIBLE customer service.STAY AWAY!!
Amazing experience. Everyone in the store was great. They helped me to get Samsung Galaxy S5 on Verizons new Edge plan which saved me $25 on my monthly bill with no contract. Also they gave a free Tablet worth $300.

My elderly Mom went to check on both her mobile-connected home phone service and her mobile phone service. The associate immediately dismissed her request when he saw the device and said that they dont handle Fios or accept returns. I corrected him that this wasnt Fios related. The Manager on duty finally interceded but had a poor attitude and was rude and dismissive. He said they only sell devices and dont handle customer service or accept returns. Why would we buy if thats how they handle customers?

Very Shady place. Sold me something that I didnt want didnt notice until I got my bill and now Im stuck with a 128 gig phone for my 14 year old and 2 years of payments. Anthony the manager knew exactly what he was doing with me. I asked for a 32 gig not a 128!!!! Again its for a 14 year old. I went back to argue and he just laughed in my face and patronized me. NEVER again! Wrote to the CEO of Verizon hopefully they will be able to do something this beyond u fair customer service

The store manager at this Verizon store is rude and arrogant. He sold a memory card to a lovely caregiver for my mother. The card was opened in the store and improperly placed in her phone. The card was not activated and we took it to another store to have this verified. The manger lied and said the card had been activated and would not refund the woman. My advice go somewhere else to buy Verizon products.

My Samsung phone had a broken screen and i wanted my 1-year old phone activated and all contacts/data moved there. The technician did activate the old phone, but said that the data cannot be moved and will be lost. I moved the data myself via my PC using Samsungs Smart Switch.
I had to take back my 5 stars after a terrible experience with the information we were given from.this location. We were over seas and had to deal with this issue long distance for months. Check all information they tell you as none of what we were given was accurate and cost us alot extra
I was in this store on 12/07/13. I went in to switch sim cards so that I could activate two phones on different numbers. When I finally got attended the sales rep made it seem like he didnt even want to help. Telling me what I was trying to do is very hard to do (I did this a month ago in another location and it took no more than 5 min). and that he didnt know how to. When I explained to him what another Verizon store had done he informed that I would have to pay $30 per sim card. (I needed 2). When I asked why he was charging me when they are free in any other location he told me good luck with that. Overall this man was very rude. It was my first time in this location and I can assure it will be my last again. I know there is a store less than 5 miles away in Summit that will be more than happy to help me.

When I arrived Saturday at 2pm, the store was locked and unstaffed, no out to lunch sign. -1 star. When staff finally came back, I explained I needed a wireless hotspot for a week and that I did not have a Verizon phone. He couldnt meet the Walmart price for a Jetpack, then said I had to pay for basic prepaid service first then a hotspot on top, costing me $122. After some back and forth (had to leave store for a bit), I was back and said I had an old iphone 5 and will just buy the basic service. He said I couldnt do that. I said why not, and he told me he would need the phone physically there for him to set it up. When I asked him why I couldnt set it up directly with Verizon at home after purchase, he finally relented and said oh wait maybe I can do something. - 1 star Then he asked if my phone was unlocked and I said yes, he said oh Verizon wont work on it, and something about old Verizon plans not selling with unlocked phones. -1 star. First of all, when we got the iphone5 we specifically asked Verizon about this and they say they dont lock phones anymore. I told him this old iphone5 used to be on a Verizon network. That is when he ignored me and shouted across the room to his team mate. -1 star. This guy tried his hardest NOT to do business with me. Perhaps I wont make a big enough commission for him to bother. Regardless, I was disgusted by the deplorable customer service and cannot recommend this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They take payments and then don’t apply them to accounts. Their phone goes straight to voicemail. I’ll never again give them business.When I’m next in New Providence I’m going to report their theft to the police.
