I truly loved my shopping experience in this excellent store. Im so happy that I found it, it puts other supermarkets to shame. The selection here is ridiculously incredible, the store is very clean and well run. I doubt that you will be unable to find anything that you want. The prices are good, the checkout is easy and fast and everything is more than pleasing. I seriously had to calm my self down a bit, I felt like I was in supermarket heaven. Plenty of free parking too. You should definitely go here.

This is an incredible Stop & Shop. Its big, its clean and it has excellent selections, then you get crammed after you pay at the registers... But, overall its one of the best Stop & Shop with lower prices than nearby Stop & Shop supermarkets.

I have been shopping here for decades and would rate Stop & Shop a “5.” Usually well stocked. Today, however, 9/8, I could not believe all the very basic groceries that had little or no stock, including Bell & Evans chicken breasts ( maybe two left), cottage cheese, half and half, Fairlife milk, certain produce, canola oil, hummus, non stick aluminum foil, paper products, to name a few. I saw no info or signage posted regarding this issue. Wondering why there was such a depletion of stock usually available.

Safe place to shop. Always fully stocked and the staff are friendly. Just in case you do have to go while shopping, the restrooms are always clean.

The service was real good. Fast cashier. The gentleman by the fresh hot food prep was the best!

This has been our familys primary grocery store/pharmacy for years. Always well-stocked and well-staffed, and great variety for a non-specialty store! The in-store security drone is a bit annoying, but I cant blame the store itself for that.

I had gone to the Stop & Shop in the downtown area for a long time and was very upset when I found out they were closing it. I never knew there was a Stop & Shop just a little further up the street from ShopRite and when I found out I was just thrilled! Not only was the store brightly lit and clean, they actually have a Starbucks! But seriously, the produce department was stunning! Everythings so fresh. And the meat department! They actually had a steak that was more then a half inch thick! Now I came in right at the end of the shopping week and they had had lots of sales so there were some empty shelving in some places and I could not get my belvita soft baked multiberry bars because they were all sold out but beyond that it was a wonderful experience. The cashier was friendly beyond belief and, despite the fact that I was with my daughter, it was a wonderful shopping trip and I will be going here much more regularly.PS that crack about my daughter its kind of an in family thing so just disregard it

It had been a while since I shopped here and today I was reminded anew why I had stopped shopping here. Selection of some products is very limited, only two checkouts were open, overall not a great experience. I did self checkout to expedite exiting the store. Wegmans may be a bit of a schlep but so worth the drive versus shopping here. If one is in a pinch this store will do, if doing a major shopping trip, shop elsewhere.

This is a good place to shop. They have a lot of stuff to choose from & most of all for me why I like to go here is because they have a starbucks there where I get my favorite drink & its always made great & tasty. I love it, its so addictive.

Clean a d fast checkout. I would rather travel a little farther and go to this shopping center. Shoprite is closer to me but be prepared for long lines .

This is the largest Stop & Shop near me. It has a wide variety of selection, large produce section, in-store Starbucks, and wide aisles. There is a large central aisle with assorted, miscellaneous, and often seasonal items. Remember to bring a reusable bag, as they charge for paper bags, per local law.

This is the best place in all of NYC area. Clean and well maintained isles. Employee are pleasant. Easy in and out service . I use the app on my phone and I am able to cash out using the app.

They had a good deal on some food for some Memorial Day grilling. I was afraid that theyd be sold out when I got there, but I was happy they werent. Lines were short. It was a good experience.

I have been a loyal customer at stop and shop for over 20 Years plus and Ive been buying my bottle water for all those years and when I go to recycle my bottles for the deposit back, the recycle machines are always broken.

Very unhappy. Wanted to get some stew meat the butcher was not only nasty to me but to the really nice lady infront of me who wanted a few Turkey legs this woman was not nice at all wont go back there ever

Positive shopping experience, their were plenty of sales and adequate cashiers which is always a plus!

Many of my and my familys favorite items, such as Weight Watchers bread, lite whole wheat hamburger and hot dog buns, Heinz 57 sauce, are no longer stocked despite repeated requests. More recently, during COVID, even employees ignore one way aisles, so how can shoppers be blamed for doing so?

Plenty of parking and everyone was helpful that I asked.

Great customer service, I was looking for a product that was not in house and the manager was very accommodating.

The best cold cuts in town! The staff there are very helpful and the place is always clean and food is fresh !!

They definitely need to get rid of management! Cashiers cursing, having conversations with coworkers while they scan your food and throw it to the end of the conveyor belt. If you can go to another supermarket, do so this one is horrible!

Its ok I guess. Definitely prefer wegmans, but this is a lot closer, and cheaper than di ciccio. Marty the robot is irritating. He always blocks peoples way and gets stuck in the middle of aisles. But my 4 year old likes him.

The store is very nice everything well stocked clean and all but the Starbucks employees were very rude. so I will never go this Starbucks at this location again.

My mother and I were present in this establishment today and we witnessed an employee hoarding packs of Charmin Toilet Paper and discretely passing them off to a customer who appeared to be a friend of his. At a time like this, it is completely unexceptable and unfair to the rest of us who cannot obtain supplies during this pandemic. An act of this nature, during these troubling times, reflects poorly on the stores ethics and standards. I have chosen at this time not to release the name of the employee.

I like the fact that the parking spaces are wide and that you can open a car door. The store itself is always well stocked and neat. The check out lines is part automated and the other aisles are the standard cashier. One benefit of shopping with a Stop and Shop card is you can use the scanner gun after signing up to pack your own grocery bags after scanning the items. At the automated checkout you hit the checkout button and scan the bar code and pay. Also a benefit of signing you can online receive digital coupons to your Stop and Shop card and not deal with the paper coupons.

Clean store great produce. Reasonable pricing. Free parking, friendly staff. If you are a stop and shop member you receive reward points that go towards money off gas at Shell and Stop and Shop gas stations. 10 cents per gallon for every 100 points. I have gotten upto 90 cents off per gallon.

New Rochelle & Mount Vernon Stop&shop locationsI can not put my TRUST in Stop&Shop any more I AM DONE! Every time I go in to purchase meat there is a problem, either the meat is old or near the due date. Last night I purchased Hamburger meat for Tacos, once again the outside looks fresh and the inside is brown $14.00. This is what they want us to feed our family, I don think any child wants to eat that. When a consumer comes home & unpacks their groceries after spending over an hour in the store the furthest thing from Your mind is returning items especially when You have a busy week. I am finally complaining because I want Stop&Shop to STOP WASTING MY TIME & GAS!! PLEASE STOP WITH THE UNNECESSARY TRIPS TO YOUR STORES TO RETURN NO GOOD MEATS. They will return the money, they will replace the meat, but that does not soothe or replace the disgust that is felt when Im half way through cooking Dinner & have to put everything on hold because I open their meat and realize now I have to stop what Im doing to search my home for the receipt, get in the car fight traffic as I drive Two towns over back to the store, in hopes that the customer service line isnt out the door just to get a refund, run through the store find a substitute. stand on another line to buy the item, get in my car fight traffic again, hope that I dont have to circle the block Fifty times or park Two blocks away just to return home & serve everyone Tuna Fish for Dinner because now its near bed time & I dont want stomach upsets during the night or Night terrors due to eating late. What angers me the most is when You call in to complain there is always that undertone of We will rectify the situation at hand but Your being inconvenienced is not our issue I think that Stop&Shop needs to do random meat inspections, and Im going to help them out by contacting the New York State Department of Health & any other food agency that will listen. All I ask is that they sell fresh meat and if not start giving out free Gas cards to the customers they betrayed.

I like the store. However at the Huguenot store, the cashiers always asked if we had our Stop & Shop card. They dont ask at this store and then you miss the savings if you forget to present it on your own. Saying it to the customer reminds us of our ability to save money.

Excellent supermarket. Their fresh fruit and vegetables display is very inviting and oh so fresh. Their bakery is superb. I use the pharmacy where the pharmacists are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
