Simple, well stocked supermarket. Prices are fair for the area and the staff is nice. It could use a larger meat selection, but it has good diversity otherwise. A great addition to this neighborhood. Recommended.

Best BLT and friendly service

Today I went to return an item but was told I couldn’t. I had my receipt and everything but the problem Was that it was open; I was told by the supervisor that because it was open, they couldn’t accept my return but at the bottom of my receipt it doesn’t state that if it is open you can’t return it. The supervisor stated “ that it is the customers responsibility to know what they like and it shouldn’t have to say that on the receipt ..” before they purchase. This Ctown has been around for years but something has to change. It’s as if business is before customer service over there.

This Market is mostly always a pleasant experience!! They open early and close late. The staff and management are friendly and helpful. Since the Pandemic started, it’s been my GO TO Market.

The store in Pelham is a joke.The owner uses the worst techniques to avoid you from getting a deal.A coincidence happens once in a while not every day.I can tell how many times for one reason or another people are denied.Mainly sale items are not in stock or never appeared.Rain checks the same thing.If you get a rain check for for example 5 pizzas.You go back and they only have 1 pizza they take the rain check and sell you 1 for the sale price! What about the other 4? The location of item prices are never for the sale items a coincidence or deliberately put in the wrong spot and coincidence.How about a sale on something and there are boxes of unpacked items stacked up in front of what you looking for coincidence? STOP IT.Me and my friends now shop somewhere else.Stop and shop.I live in Pelham and rather shop where a coincidence is not a everyday thing.You are a smart business man but giving the people what they deserve is not the way you do it.Thats why me and my friends will avoid your store.Im just really amazed how far you have come with your stores and how you continue with a smiling face Coincidence or what? Prove me wrong!!!

The raw vegetables and fruit selection is outstanding. I would of giving it 5 stars if you provided organic options and a bigger selection of frozen fruit in a bag. I would definitely shop more frequently if those and vegan options were available.

Terrific neighborhood grocery store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Shelves are well stocked with traditional and not-so-traditional items. The store is always immaculate (and Ive been shopping there since 2006) and orderly. Staff is very open to ordering items that normally arent offered. I appreciate the hard work that goes into running a business in a community thats quickly changing. From customers with very little money to customers with extensive wealth, all are welcomed and well served. I just wish theyd bring back the roasted chicken.

I staple in this part of town

Like someone else said, its geared to Hispanics. The foods I like either arent available, or overpriced. Unfortunately, I cant get around & this is only supermarket around. The men stocking shelves ablock the already narrow aisles & they can often be rude. Shoppers get inpatient when Im looking at an item & dont want to wait for me to get what I need. The only people who are really decent are the cashiers & manager.

I go to ctown supermarket and it ok but you have to be careful about they charge extra for athings the cashier scan athings two times always check your receipts make sure you dont get charged for something extra that you dont have double check receipt extra change no good.

Love this 🛒 super market I have visited here more than a hundred times great Supermarket in New Rochelle very friendly staff and management I have met the owner, the supervisor, and some of the cashiers, wonderfully stock with everything you need, great prices and discounts on special items if you are passing through New Rochelle just drop by for a few items, that you may need. Highly recommended

Has a lot of variety of items, more than average stores and supermarkets of its size. It has a nice vibe, but the items cost a bit over average sometimes but its within a reasonable range.

I brought meat today in C-town in New Rochelle on main st. I have never brought meat there before but because I was in a rush I stop there to pick up some steaks. when i got home the steaks had a bad smell and when we started tonput them on the grill a worm came out of one of the steaks. They even had the same meat I brought for cheaper called Maanger special. I can image what that was like. WARNING dont buy any meat from this location. when i went back to the supermarket to take it back I ask who the manager was. he came out and I said are you the manager he said well it depends what its for. so I said. so are you or ur. not??? I told him the problem he looked at the steak told me they looked fine. even knowing the worm was still on top of the steak. then he went to show someone else and the look on his face let me know he knew they were bad. he came back to me again and had the nerve to say so you want your money?? Are u serious.
