Truly outstanding. It was time to change the window coverings on three sliding doors, four very long windows, and one smaller window. Julie discussed all options available and also discussed the look I was going for. We made the decisions and placed the orders. They arrived and installation was arranged in three days. The installation is perfect and our home looks beautiful. Julie kept us informed every step of the way and came to our home at the end of the installation to be sure we were satisfied. Neither their selections nor their prices can be matched.

We have a small window in our shower which is made from opaque frosted glass and wanted some way to more effectively screen the opening. After applying another layer of opaque film we still needed additional privacy. Enter Coastal Shutter. They created a waterproof shutter set which was installed in the window opening. It affords maximum privacy, yet can be opened to allow light into the room when desired. The folks at CS were great to work with, the measurements and installation were spot on, and the people could not have been nicer, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Based on our experience with CS, we can highly recommend them for any shutter or window shade application. Their office has many mockups of shutters, shades and blinds which will allow you to see first hand how the window treatment looks and functions. You will not be disappointed.

We had great service from Coastal Shutters for our window treatments. Julie found ways to re-use our former model home decorative fittings to save cost and personally supervised the installation. From consultation, measuring, manufacture to installation, everything was done perfectly and we are very happy with our new window treatments.

Excellent quality products, service and installations. We purchased Plantation Shutters for our condo and they look great.Can only give Coastal 4 stars however.Our shutters took over 3 months from time of purchase to install. If you are not in a hurry for window treatments then Coastal has great prices. If you need fast installation then you might want to check other companies.

My experience is wonderful! The consultant was prompt, checked all our shutters, found that they all looked good, worked well and should last many more years. She was experienced, knowledgeable and honest. I am impressed and thankful!
