It was good doing business here with Professional and Friendly customer service. When I bought my mattress and box spring here during the presidents day sale, the employee forgot to tell me about the Free promotional adjustable base as seen on the website . So, A few days later I called back and was asking about it and the employee said it was no problem – and helped me out by returning the new box spring for a full refund when they delivered the new adjustable base, all for free . I admit… I was worried that it would not work out so well, but they put my worries to ease and helped me out big time. Thanks guys… I really appreciate it :-)

I cannot find enough adjectives to describe the great experience I had yesterday at your NSB store. The store was clean, well organized and lovely. My sales girl was sweet, knowledgeable and very patient. She took the time to answer my questions and waited will I tried mattresses and made my final decision. This was her first day at this store, and u should put her there permanently as she lives close by. I also was very surprised that delivery was within a couple days. I bought 2 beds and was pleased with the discounts and the free bed frames. I would not hesitate to recommend your store to my friends and family. We visited to purchase our 4 year old her first real mattress. We came in on Sunday at 5 pm (1 hr before closing). Jamie was working at the time and was so helpful. She had all of the of answers to my questions. She provided great recommendations. She also was given a price point and she stayed under that by a considerable amount and the whole process was so quick and easy! She was so great that we plan on going back in next week and purchasing a set for ourselves. 5

After having researched my mattress selection on line I knew had to go into the store and actually try them out. So glad I did because I actually choose the Pro-Adapt Hybrid Tempur Pedic mattress. Bouncing around on all the different choices was a game changer. The staff at the New Smyrna Mattress Firm store were very professional and patient while I reclined on all the choices. Very good service. My son and his wife had picked out a mattress the day before and we went to talk to the same salesman as we were going to make the purchase together. He was with another customer and the other salesman was very helpful to us in making our selection even though he wasnt going to gain any of the commission from the sale. I was impressed by that.

Great customer service. We visited this location and explained our needs for a queen sized memory foam mattress for a teen. He knew what questions to ask to help narrow our search, then showed us the Fourth of July sales and the bargain zone area. He helped my son flop around on and try out a variety of firmness and mattress options. We chose one that would be delivered the very next day and received the phone call, as promised, to inform us of its arrival. So far, so good. Very comfortable and not too hot. I talked to JR through facebook since I seen hes post in the marketplace he was off that day and he still responded to all questions Ive had. I was looking at the Purple mattress but they dont have it in stock at the NSB location and asked if Im okay to drive to ormond mattress firm and hes friend will open it just to make me try the bed. I said Ill just check what they got in the NSB location. When I got there Jonathan was in there and help me. He suggested within our price range and he didnt push me to get the most expensive one. He explained everything and like JR, all my questions were answered. I even lay in the bed for 30 mins and the other one for 15 mins so I can compare both. I didnt feel any rush or that I needed to buy the most expensive one like what others would do. Would but again from them in case we needed another one*BTW I know the names because it was written in the receipt
