Clint and Zack were great. Came in with a smashed phone. Left with a new samsung galaxy 150 a month less on my phone bill and $100 out of pocket. Couldnt be happier. Great dudes great Place. At&t new smyrna has been a could place for a while. Appreciate the great customer service

I would like to let it be known, that David Peters handled himself with upmost professionalism. There were numerous people in his store as he tried to appease everyone by himself. A lot of impatient people and he kept his cool and calmed the situation like a pro. Good job !

I was so impressed with the courtesy and overall helpfulness of the two young men who were working in this store. Anthony was the person who helped me with a phone issue. He was patient and definitely was able to think outside of the box. I worked in with a non-functioning phone and walked out with a functioning one. Great store and great customer service!!

Michael Cashier was the only person working this store and he was very busy. Michael never became rude or lost his patience. He explained to the customers in the store he was the only person working and to please be patient and he would help them as soon as he could. Best Customer Service that I have ever experienced. Every issue was addressed with a professional attitude. I upgraded from android to iPhone. I planned on a nightmare, but everything turned out good.

What a DIFFERENCE.This store actually believes in Customer Service & working to get the customer happy. Lets face it. Youre in a store like this because your existing phone is broken or giving poor performance. Youre not in a great mood to begin with. These guys actually made the experience of replacing my wifes broken phone bearable if not fun. IN&OUT in under 15 minutes with working phone, transferred apps/data & plan updated. If you are anywhere near NSB come to this store for AT&T phones/accessories/etc.NEVER go to Pavilion Mall store. Come here instead as these guys are knowledgeable, appreciative of your business, AND respectful of your time. They transferred data from broken phone that Pavillion Mall said couldnt be done.I would give them as many stars as are possible, and I recommend them with no reservations.

Such a nice surprise to have a knowledgeable, pleasant employee like Caitlyn help us with our new phone purchases last night. I’ve usually dreaded trading in phones, because it seemed like it took almost as long as buying a car. But this was as painless as it gets. Of course having our phones backed up ahead of time helped a lot too, but everything went well and we were done in about an hour! So glad we went to this location. Thumbs up to Caitlyn ☺️

Attempted to change my internet service & have some questions answered per at&ts phone & website without success. Stopped into the SR44 store on Sat., 6/23. Jacob was able to quickly & simply answer all questions & provide service at almost half the cost of my current provider (spectrum). Would definitely recommend & use their services again. They were most helpful & courteous.

I was extremely disappointed in the service at this store. We purchased 2 new IPhone X Max and we were told we would receive cash for our phones and screen protectors for $20. When we returned to turn in our phones and get our screen protectors the story changed. The protectors were now $50 and they would only apply credit to our bill. I will not purchase anything from this store again. I feel like I just dealt with a used car dealer. They needed the sale but wouldn’t stand behind what we were told. Buyer beware!!!!

Went to buy an iPhone 7 Plus. There was one customer being helped by two employees. I was there for ten minutes they never acknowledged I was there. Dont mind waiting but It would have been fine if they said someone will be with you shortly or acknowledge in someway I was there. Ive purchased 3 phones from this store in the past. Never had an issue. The staff was great. This is an Authorized AT&T, maybe it changed owners. Going to the company store in Port Orange!

We were in on a Saturday and worked with Lindsey Hubbard. She was amazing, super friendly and knowledgable. She answered all out questions and help us pick a phone for my husband and also helped us get our uverse set up for installation. Keep up the great work Lindsey.

Signed up for the package deal on 8/11/2017 installed on 8/15/2017 quoted and signed package of $99.99 per month plus tax and activation fee ..received a bill for $192.71 have gone back 4 times so far and just left again ..no return phone calls by Shylyn after being assured i would receive one. went up today twice Jacob Evans is the manager but was on lunch break back there at 345pm ..told him again nothing done as he is the manager he is responsible for his employees .new bill will still be the same amount of $192.71..words were exchanged about the lack of customer service by me to him and his staff..i asked for his bosss name only would give me as Nick the district manager and wouldnt give me his phone number ...so he assures me now i will get a call back on sept 26 2017...funny in the review Jacob Evans gave it a 5 star rating but the that review is phony since he is the store manager . at this point i would not recommend doing business with this store.

They are good the service could be a lot better. Think Sprint and Verizon both have better plans and service. At&t service is subpar for the price.

Bought a new I phone S10, my 2 month old I S10 got damaged at work. I have 7 devices with AT & T. I went to this store to ask them to transfer the info from my damaged i phone to my new one. The 2 young kids working there said rudely.... no we don’t do that. I explained that an employee 2 months ago had done that courtesy, they said no, we don’t do that any more & then said goodbye. I guess if they aren’t making commission off you, they don’t care about you. I’ll never go back! AT & T.... you need to tell your employees about customer service.

Trying to buy a phone and a plan... Stood there for 12 minutes while the manager was on her phone and nobady else there to help...finally walked out due to a complete lack of service!!Do yourselves a favor...go to a store that cares to listen to your needs.

Ive been an AT&T customer for years and my last visit into the New Smyrna store couldnt have gone smoother. Jess helped me out and hooked me up with an ever better plan, helped me upgrade my phone, and got my boyfriend a better plan than his previous carrier and a new phone as well!

I called to see if I could purchase a $1,000 i-phone 10 when they come in next week. I was told I cannot buy the phone outright, that I have to put it on some kind of plan. Its a gift from my handicapped father and he wants to surprise my step-mother with it. Cant do it.
