When into your store today with a huge billing issue, as mad as I was the gentleman sat there and helped me with my issue. We called customer service and did everything he could to explain and help me with my issue. I left feeling a lot better!!!

Had a great experience working with my sales rep here he was very helpful in taking of care of all my needs with my wifes phone. Definitely recommend if anybody wants a great deal or just overall information.

Went to the Verizon store and had such great help with everyone been there many times, I switch over from sprint and wow what a difference in service definitely would come back to this location!

Came into verizon for my vpice mail which the guy was able to help me out with that. Also talked to him about upgrades which he told me all the great deals!

Im a pre paid customer and I have been having issues with my phone, came into this location upset but the rep was very professional told me everything I needed to fix my phone and Im think of upgrading to a new phone with this store.
