5 Stars for sure. We Love our Pergola Roof.1) Without it, the summer sun makes it too hot to sit outside. We get so much more use from our deck because of this roof and thats a big deal for us.2) It keeps our deck furniture clean, dry and ready to use anytime.3) It drastically reduces the solar gain through our back windows making it easier to cool the house.4) It looks great. Literally everyone who comes over comments on it.5) It makes the house and back yard unique. There is definitely a feeling of luxury sitting under the roof with the sun shining and the breeze blowing.The Pergola Roof team was excellent. They were friendly and courteous. They communicated, called me back promptly and took care of all my requests. Thanks guys! Five stars!

Installed pergola in april 2021, very sturdy product. delivery took a while because of all the things going on with shipping delays around the world however the ETA they provided was perfectly accurate in fact I received the product one week early. enjoying the backyard all seasons now; rain or shine. cant beat the price, too. installation photo here:

I got the pergola roof last year and I love it they were very professional installers n answered promptly every time I texted. They have several models I got the electric louvers that open n close and its perfect exactly what I needed they also got me electric heaters that look very nice n heat the room up great and they found me an electrician to set it all up. About few months after installing I saw online an app that can control the louvers through my phone n tried to install myself (not a smart move) n I messed all the settings so I called them up and they came n fixed it for me with setting up a better online system that I can control with my phone all at no extra charge really all in all a great experience

Amazing experience. Customer service and communication was a welcome change from the construction industry. The pergolla roof is exactly what we had in mind. This company delivers. Price is on the high side but i gotta say its well worth it. Like the saying goes “you get what you pay for”

The company installed brackets under the louvers into which we inserted wood beams and installed succa mats . The Rabbis approved and our Succot holiday was a truly joyous one .

Shoddy quality, Disgusting customer service. Sky high prices...A pure waste of time and money. Glass doors were put on disproportionately, cannot close door. Guys promised to fix issues, however, when they came down to fix it they didnt have any clue how to fix the issues. So I have a brand new broken pergola which is unfixable... BUT they have the audacity to ask for payment for something they have no idea how to put up and fix their mistakes....Very upset with such dishonest people.BEWARE!! DONT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP!!
