Stay away from this company. Horrible customer service.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE AVOID USING THIS SERVICES. THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE ME ALMOST 250 DOLLARS FOR A INSTALLATION AND SERVICE CALL WHEN THEY DID NOT EVEN TELL ME ABOUT THE PRICE WHEN I CALLED AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT AFTER ME EVEN ASKING THEM OVER THE PHONE FOR THE TOTAL COST. THEY A TRYING TO SCAM INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. AFTER EXPLAINING THE SITUATION TO THE MANGER. HE SAYS I CANT HELP AND HANGS UP THE PHONE

No showed on their service appointments twice consecutively without any notice whatsoever. Offered a petty discount of ~5% to compensate for the waste of time. Their excuse was that the technician had a personal appointment. Terrible customer service.

Terrible service, they do not return calls.
