The water is definitely better than most in the city…I’ll give them that. But unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the absolute worst customer service out there. Really.

I highly recommend the Manhattan Water Company. Ive been using them for about 4 years now at my apartment and have always had excellent customer service. The water tastes great! Marc is wonderful and responds quickly and is always able to accommodate my delivery requests the same week.I started with the Manhattan Water Company as a student and they delivered to my dorm room. When I moved out they picked up my water unit and set me up with a new unit in my apartment that I have been using ever since. I have only had 1 leaky bottle over 4 years and they were quick to replace it. The gentlemen who deliver the bottles are consistently excellent as well. (Shout out to Louis!) Thank you so much!

I love this company! I’m incredibly picky when it comes to the water I drink and had done lots of research before finally finding this company. I live in an NYC high rise and although they say the water is filtered to standards, I assure you those standards are low. I considered getting an apparatus installed and many other alternatives, until I tried the Manhattan water company water. It’s delicious, clean, ph balanced, and no fluoride. Besides that they are organized and responsive! I’ve used them for a year and trust them completely. I don’t even look at the invoice anymore to make sure they did everything right. They are accurate and I love dealing with them. Highly recommend!

Excellent company. Reliable, courteous, competent, knowledgeable. What more could you want? I formerly used ReadyRefresh, and those guys were clowns. Manhattan Water company puts them to shame. Ever since I switched to Manhattan Water Company, Im able to focus on the more important things involved with running a business.

Great service, quick response and our water is always delivered on time. It is also great to actually work with a company that remembers who we are when we call. I was going crazy having to deal with call centers with our last provider. Keep up the good work!

Great water delivery service! I have absolutely no complaints regarding their service! I order water for my company and I receive the greatest customer service. Great communication with them on how many more waters I need and when my driver will be here. Very nice people and Im happy my neighbor recommended me to them

I am writing this review because of the amazing service The Manhattan Water Company provides. For over a year I have been struggling to get reliable water delivery from Poland Springs for our office of 50. We didnt know their were other water companies until we found the Manhattan Water Company. At first I thought they would be worse but i gave them a chance. Boy was I wrong, The Manhattan Water Company has been a breath of fresh air. No more missed deliveries, lies from customer service and all the nonsense waiting on hold. Their customer service team are real people located here in NY which is also a bonus. The water is amazing and our staff loves it. Anyhow I just wanted to post here and let everyone know The Manhattan Water Company has superseded our expectation 10 fold and we look forward to a long relationship.

This company deserves my time to write a good review. We placed an order and it arrived perfectly on time. Their water is excellent and my customer account rep is very understanding and helpful. They earned me as a customer and I am not easy to deal with.

Amazing customer service, and their NY natural spring water is even better. We have been getting service from them now for over 5 months and they deliver on time all the time. Our office gets bi weekly delivery and goes through 20 bottles every delivery. They never give us to much or to little always as ordered. Love this company, so happy we switched from Ready Refresh they are horrible. Thanks Manhattan Water and keep up the great service. See you guys next week for our next delivery.

Waited over two hours for callback, called again to no response, then received the We do not serve NASTY customers message 20 hours later from the owner.

They wont deliver because they wont go up 10 steps into our building....
