The ordering process with Bio & Chic was pretty seamless. Everything after, was not. My order was delayed by multiple days for a very large event and I was told half of my order was out of stock, then told it was in stock, then told it wasnt. It took spending hours on the phone each day across three days with numerous staff members and walking them through how to effectively communicate with their teammates in order for me to determine what was available and to receive my order on time. Working with their customer service team was very stressful and anxiety inducing.

Website showed the samples I wanted in stock so I ordered two samples but then was told two days later that one of the samples actually was not in stock and would be a month to get the sample shipped out however I never received my full order that I was charged for. Very frustrating customer service and experience, anyone I worked with seemed lost and knew nothing about my order. I definitely won’t be doing business here as I cant trust them with my business or personal needs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am starting a charcuterie business and ordered cones, tongs and skewers. I placed the order on March 23rd. Said it was shipped a week later on March 30th. The email was sent with no tracking information. I have contacted them THREE times now with no response on where my order is or any order status. It is ridiculous. I paid $30 dollars, so not much, so thank goodness I did not buy more from this company. STAY FAR AWAY!

Placed an order a week ago and my package hasn’t shipped out yet. The tracking says i will receive my things in 11 days while i paid for the 3-day shipping fee. It messed up my whole plan. The customer service is so bad, so irresponsible. Should stay away from this company

Worst company EVER!!! I ordered on Mar 13th with delivery on Mar 18th. Well the 18th came and went so I reached out to their customer service. Of course no one available to talk so I sent an email. I finally heard back on the 23rd and the email said my order had been delivered even though it was just shipped that day. I expressed my anger in the company and said at the very least my shipping should be refunded because it wasn’t delivered as promised. Well Yva took that as a reason to cancel the delivery and ask for it to be returned to sender. Again I expressed my anger in the company and her response was a “misunderstanding” and would still be delivered as expected. Of course it never showed up but another email that it was “delivered” even though it was delivered to the SENDER, not me!! Again another apology and she would overnight it on 4/1. Well it is now 4/5 and I still have no product, they have my money and apparently don’t know how to communicate. Stay as far away as possible!!!

STAY AWAY, f you dont want to get your order in 2 weeks, if that. Customer service doesnt exist. They dont even have a refund option, only store credit. Its one of the worst hassles youll have to deal with. I made a claim with my bank to get the payment back.

I bought these macaron containers but never could figure out how to put them together. Plus they were too small for the ones I make.
