Poor customer service. Rude employees on the phone. Called several times to try and cancel our account and was told something different each time. I emailed customer service only to receive different instructions. They wont process the cancellation until all steps are complete, but Ive been trying to complete the steps for well over a month now. Cancellations are processed 30 days after its complete. Their poor customer service is just a way to steal money from their customers.

High quality equipment with excellent resolution, remote and internet-accessible monitoring and control. Clean and efficient installation. Oren communicated well, provided bid, equipment specs and necessary insurance certificate promptly. A couple of weeks in and I am very pleased with equipment performance. Darios background as a locksmith and his expertise in general security issues was apparent to me. He is now my go to security professional.

Wouldnt even give them a star, but cant post without it.Worst customer service ever.. Absolutely disgusting. A they literally give you such attitude over the phone. They dont try to help you in anyway. I totally feel scammed and locked in this contract. Having construction being done to my house, they refuse the option of put my account on hold. They are not knowledgable at ALL!DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL!!!
