NEVER in my life have i dealt with a company as incompetent as this one. We upgraded our alarm system in March of 2018 and were told a price to upgrade the system. By the end of installation the price had tripled and the system didnt even work. We were set up to use a mobile app to arm and disarm our building, which stopped working after the first day and never worked again. We called to cancel our contract and were told that we would be contacted in 60 days to discuss the account. Today is the 61st day of that period. Every single person who works here should be fired. From the sales rep to the project manager to the billing department, they should be ashamed. Dont do business with them, you will regret it.

This is the most incompetent and dysfunctional companyI ever dealt with. 4 times I spoke to so called supervisorsto settle my bill. No one ever called back with the correctedamount. I am still waiting.

Horrible customer service, I got transferred 3 times and still didnt get to accomplish what I called for.We depended on the technicians to be there for an inspection at one of our buildings and they never showed up, resulting in us not getting the inspection done.As a fire alarm company, they are supposed to schedule service Semi-annually, as written in the contract, they hadnt serviced our equipment in over a year.Our buildings received many violations due to their negligence.I would never work with this company ever again.
