Went here to stock up on some photography equipment while I stayed in New York City after accidentally leaving some of it at home! Was blessed to find this place and the assistant was extremely helpful in my hour of need! Was not as expensive as I thought it may be given the the size of the shop!

I am very picky with photos and loved the first snapshot!! H and B Digital!! I was in and out within LESS than 10 minutes literally, it was so fast i forgot i even went in there!! Oh and his store/studio is AMAZING, lots of history in there, worth seeing if anything!! He is also very sweet and made sure I painted a good smile!!

Great customer service! I called in asking about appraisal services for cameras. Unfortunately, they dont do appraisals, but they very helpfully looked up what shops would be able to do that, AND gave me the phone numbers! Such superb service is very rare nowadays, especially in a situation where the store didnt stand to gain directly from me. I am pleasantly impressed!

These workers know about any questions you come in with about any type of camera you have. The employees are very very helpful and dont intimidate you to keep your questions to yourself. I came in with a film camera needing a filter and a battery and i left with those two things and free expired film. The prices are very reasonable especially for their quality. This is my new camera store to go to whenever i need anything :p

Best camera store in NYC. Left my charger at home but they helped me out with a better and cheaper charger. I was unsure if the charger would be compatible, but they took the time to explain to me that the charger is compatible. Theyre also very pleasant people to talk with!

I was afraid this was going to be one of the infamous Brooklyn Camera stores that advertise low prices and then you find out that those prices arent available unless you grossly overpay for accessories -- but that wasnt the case at all. They quickly brought out the items I was interested in and a few others, briefly explained the benefits of each, and when I asked about another item they hadnt brought, they pointed out why it wouldnt meet my needs. Definitely will be looking to buy from then again.

I had left the Nikon battery charger at home and they understood me at first what I needed and in 5 minutes I was going to charge it. Very professional, even if they have headphones in the window, go inside. Very central and easy to get to through the Rockefeller Center area.
